This is an amazing hotel. Locatiion can't be better, 1 min walk from the beach. Beautiful swimmingpools, the kids couldn't get enough of it. Breakfast is wide range variety of thai food and european food, with special kids food corner. After 6 days we got enough with the food, but not from the hotel. Great service, very friendly staff, and warm welcome. Super clean, rooms, floor and area around the swimmingpool. Sunset rooms are quiet, not big in space, but pleasant enough. We took 2 rooms next to each other with a connected door in the room, super comfy with kids. Highly recommended.

Its a walk away from the beach, not on the beach. Not enough salads for us, glutenfree options are very limited. The city view rooms are noicy, from streetlife.

The proximity to beach, breakfast spread, activities for children (every night’s movie screening), their passion to help - lost my wedding ring as our toddler was playing with it on the bed and slot it through a tiny gap in the headboard, they came to physically remove the headboard just to obtain my ring. Really grateful! Level of cleanliness was great too.

Some of the staff’s tonality towards guests isn’t the best, but most of them are really warm and kind with children so it didnt bother us too much.

Spacious room with balcony. Hotel is very well located between Kata Beach and Karon Beach. Swimming pool is a paradise for kids with lots of slides and games. Breakfast has large international choice.

Hotel can do a bit more is service such has offering beach bags, beach towels, cottons… Bars is the neighbourhood are very noisy at night.

Overall it was pretty good, bedrooms, staff, and food were absolutely nice, we liked everything. But what made this hotel so unique for us is that the swimming pool water is hot and it’s a pleasure to lay in for hours, even at night fall. Also the Cinema evening organised for kids are not only super memories for the kids admins the family but also ultra convenient for parents. We loved our stay at Ozo Phuket. We even cancelled another booking to come back as it was so above all other experiences we found in Phuket

The price is excessive. Even knowing the positive aspects the price remains excessive

The location is amazing—right across the Kata night market. Right next to the hotel, there is also a 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, nice restaurants, and massage places. In a few minutes, you can reach the beach. The rooms are new and clean. The swimming pool is nice, and the overall vibe of the hotel is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the vacation. The staff is very friendly!

It’s our second time there and it’s great. The room facilities need a bit of maintenance but still very good. The staff are really friendly and kind. The location is excellent

Everything was great

I really liked the service and the attention to the customer by the staff. Also I really loved the hotel was super clean in every place, not only the room (even the pool, you couldn’t find anything dirty). The hotel is super new and with a really kind staff. It’s so close to Kata Beach with a direct exit right to street to the beach (2 minutes by legs). I have been really impressed and I’ll come back for sure next time.

Super clean and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Located in a great part of Kata Beach, close to the very busy beach and markets. In a flat location (parts of Kata quite steep). Rooms were spotless. Great buffet breakfast. Hotel very helpful organising trips. Recommend the Big Buddha/temple/Phuket town tour and the shorter elephant sanctuary, both fabulous.
