This is a little gem of a place. Staff were very personable, wonderfully kind and attentive. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. Beach towels and beach bag were a bonus for our walks to the beaches. The location is great, with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants and the Night Market. Loved the Kata Walking Street - steps away! And having a great restaurant right there made some decisions about meals simpler! We also got excellent help from Ian planning our travel to our next destination.

The location was somewhat noisy during the day - not because of traffic or the businesses nearby, but because of construction in the lot adjacent. There's nothing to be done about this, and I have to say that the hotel did an amazing job of keeping the property dirt and dust-free. Since we were out during the day this noise wasn't a huge problem, but it might be if you wanted to take an afternoon nap!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I liked the prepared beach bag (mat, towel). The room is very spacious, has a small security deposit box as well. They have a small tourist counter in the restaurant so they can help you with tour and taxi bookings.

It's next to the main road and so it is noisy till late (2am). A good 15min walk distance from the beach (on the map you might think it's closer, but you cannot go directly to the beach).

I liked here everything! Though firtst night they mistakenly gave us the room with master bed while i booked 2 separate beds for me and my sibling, next day they changed to what we ordered. Description and pictures are fully appropriate to reality. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Cleaning lady cleaned everyday, gave water and added tea bags and coffee. They also thought about small details like bath robe and diffrent kind of sleepers for shower and room. Also provided towels and mat for beach. I found it very comfortable. There was a place for drying cloths and separate balcony for sitting outside. Underneath was super nice restaurant we used to eat every dinner. Near massage salons and night market.Location is great. Kata beach is around 10 mins walking. Would be happy to come back.

The only one minus was often described in comments- noise from the busy streets. I have sensitive sleep but i used earplugs to help me. I knew about this but it waa bearable and compensated by other pluses.

I highly recommend this hotel!!! The room were super comfy (especially the bed) and beautiful decoration. I loved the beach bag with a mat and towels, great idea!! The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even drove us to our next hotel when we checked out ! The housekeeping lady was the best, a wonderful woman with a good heart. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and at reasonable prices.

Kata is a noisy place as it's full of life during day and especially at night, so of course you can hear the traffic in the room. And unfortunately for the owners there is a massive construction site right at the back of the hotel... But to enjoy the entertaining heart of kata and still have access to the beach, it's the best location !

The room is big and it has all the commodities, including a comfortable king bed, chairs, and small table, kettle, mugs, coffee and tea, and a small fridge with bottled water (coffee, tea, and water are complementary, for free). Also, there is aircon. The room also has a beach bag with towels and a blanket, slippers, and a bathrobe. The bath is a bit old but comfortable, with very hot water (and cold, of course). You access to the room using an open hall with chairs and tables, and there is a private balcony behind the room. The restaurant is very very good, the menu has a huge of meals, is cheap and very tasty. Also, the waiters are very friendly. There is a kindly woman who helps you to book o recommend some tours or places to visit. You can pay by card the room, the meals, and the tours.

Early at night is a bit noisy because the street is near. As is a bit old, the bathroom usually takes a while to drain after a shower. But nothing that prevents you from choosing this hotel.

The hotel has a great location. You get extra towels for the beach and 4/5 bottles of water every day. The room is cleaned every day by a very friendly lady. If any problems arise, the staff will fix them right away 😊 Great food in the restaurant as well. I will definitely come back!

It can be a bit noisy, but it stops around 23.00

The location of this property is great as short walk to Koran and kata beaches as well as been very close to bars restaurants and the walking street. The room was very spacious with adequate AC and water pressure for the shower was good. The cleaner did a great job every day also giving fresh towels and bottles of water in fridge.

The only down side if I had to pick something was the stairs to third floor but like I said not really an issue

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room, good restaurant downstairs. the location was great, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, 1 minute to the night market, lots of options and services around the hotel, it's in the center of the action.

not the fault of the hotel, but there is construction adjacent to the hotel. It was not an issue for me because I was not at my room much during the day. But people should be aware

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Good location and quite. room is spacious and well furnished, soft mattress. very close to kata beach and Karon beach. the restaurant provides excellent Thai food, phat Thai chicken is my personal favorite. overall, It gave me the best hotel experience during my 7 days solo trip in Thailand and I felt safe even traveling alone as a female.

The staff at this property are wonderful, especially the manager who works in the Sugar and Spice Restaurant downstairs. She was very helpful in finding us an alternative hotel to stay at for one night of our stay when an electrical fire down the street caused the whole block to lose power for 24 hours. The hotel itself is dated, but it's hard to complain when the price of this hotel is competitive and the location is right on the main Kata street. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom has a wet shower, though we would recommend that the property provide squeegees for the guests to use to help the floor dry quicker. There is a wonderful local food market just across the street from the property. There are also several restaurants, convenience stores, and shops all within walking distance. The beach takes about 10 mins to walk to if you decide to not rent a scooter. The Wi-Fi speeds were decent enough to stream videos.

Due to the location directly on a busy street, there is loud music and traffic noise that you will have throughout the day and into the night. It would be nice to offer guests the option to include breakfast when booking since the restaurant is located just below the hotel.
