Almost everything was perfect. There are 2 rooftop pools and one pool on the ground floor. The location is perfect for the night market and shops are all close by. There are some great places to eat further inland (about 10-20 min walk maximum) which are much cheaper than down by the beach. Just across the road you can wash your clothes for about 30-40 baht and use the drier for 10 baht per 10 minutes, so it's convenient to wash your clothes there and head to the bar for a bit. The staff at the hotel were friendly and breakfast was pretty decent. The gym is small but pretty decent and has everything you need for a quick mid-holiday workout!

The room smelt VERY strongly of mould. We left the balcony doors open for a few hours and it still smelt awful (it seems to be a common complaint here in the comments).

There are 2 swimming pools which is great. The one on the roof is good for swimming and sunbathing. Hotel is 2 years old. Everything looks new. The room was big apartment with small kitchen- equipped-ish. Good breakfast There is live music in evenings.

It is not connected to the beach for now because of construction on way there. (But they have 4 times day shuttle service).

This place felt somewhat like a resort. I'm actually surprised that there weren't more people there, but it was worth the money. They have 3 pools, a spa and bar all on the property. Also 24/7 security and a great variety for breakfast.

I wish the beds were a little more comfortable, and please consider extending the pool hours until 10 p.m. I believe the pool closed at 8 p.m. I understand that you want to be courteous to other guests, but sometimes it is nice to swim a little longer at night.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location was very strategic. Walking distance to beach is only 10mins but hotel do provide shuttle bus which is very convenient. 5 mins walking distance to 7-11 and pharmacy. Definitely recommend👍👍

The staff is very friendly and trying its best to help (thanks again for helping out with the postcards). The hotel is brand new (some construction ongoing but no noise could be heard), rooms are pretty clean and well organized.

The location looks close to the beach but you still need to walk around club med ~7 minutes walk. Also though the breakfast is good, I would not advise to book it with the hotel for 2 reasons: 1. When you go on a day trip, the tour agency comes before you can take your breakfast 2. Plenty of options around if you'd like to change scenery

Friendly service staff, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The pool which is on the roof is great. Great location. I recommend this hotel! Everything is perfect!

A small disadvantage that there is no gym, but it is in the neighboring building, but not new and little equipment. But there's almost no one there, you can study in peace.

It's a nice hotel, staff are lovely and so was the breakfast.

We had a ground floor, pool access room and the music from Bar was loud one evening, there were only 3 people in there so no need for it at 7pm. Only other thing was the price we were quoted for a taxi. We got one for less than half the price, I usually just agree if its a little more but quoted 1500 and we paid 700.

Location is only 4 mins away from Kata night market that is open from 11am to midnight buzzing with people at nights and food very reasonable compared to other night markets. I found that the souvenir stores are a lot cheaper there than other places in Phuket. Old town and Patong was more expensive. There’s no public transport so you have to get the grab/bolt to other places. With any excursions I made sure to book transfer back to the hotel. The hotel can provide airport transfer but it’s expensive at 1,500 THB. Towels replaced every day, bed made and free bottles of water provided everyday. There is a timetable of activities and food events taking place at the hotel and with the joint hotel next door so plenty to do. The room with access to pool was good, better than having a room with baloney facing another building. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Everywhere there are massage shops, weed shops, restaurants and tour operators and a new big 7-11 on the right side of the hotel. Bathrobe and slippers are provided in the room. Pool towels and beach towels are provided. A free shuttle that only goes 4 times a day to Kata beach, while we were there it was 11am, 1,3 & 5pm only. You can walk there in 17 minutes and Karon beach also nearby and I found it was less crowded in Karon beach and plenty of shops there too. There is a pool bar there with nightly country singing from 6.30-10.30pm every night. Happy hour in the upstairs infinity pool from 4-6pm. Yoga at 7am Tuesday & Friday on the rooftop which was nice. Steak buffet on Saturday. Chinese restaurant had good food there. The gym is shared with the other hotel and you can book a massage in the hotel but it’s cheaper to go outside. We had a great time there. Breakfast 7-10.30am everyday was a mixture to cater for everyone, always a live omelette maker and you can request late check out for a cost. It’s only free late check out until 12.30pm.

I got bitten by mosquitoes every night due to the room being near the pool. So bring mosquitoes repellent! There was only one usb port in the whole room and no full length mirror so you have to go to the bathroom. Cheap floorboards that are peeling away from the floor making this a health and safety hazard. Sometimes room cleaning do not replace toilet tissues, shower gel,shower cap/cotton buds and soaps so you have to request them. No washing up liquid to clean. The room we had in the shower there was a window so you can see from the room what you were doing inside but there was a curtain. I prefer some privacy so thought it was just tad pointless. The water leaked outside of the shower so had to use the pool towel everyday to soak up the mess.
