Everything was perfect! The hotel is great, there are three big pools. At night there is live music downstairs. The breakfast was good, very friendly staff. The room is spacious with everything that you might need. The neighborhood is wonderful, close to a night market, walking distance to the beach, plus they offer a free transfer to if you don’t want to walk. Again, every interaction that we had with the staff was positive. I had an issue with my grab and the girls at reception came out to help me out and they did not leave until the problem was solved, which took around half an hour. They were so patient and kind. Ao and Suay, thank you so much! You are both amazing!

We had such a great time at this hotel! The food was tasty, the pool was clean and relaxing, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was spot-on – close to everything we needed and a great base for exploring the area. One small downside was the water pressure in the shower, which wasn’t very strong – though we’ve found that’s fairly common in many places around Thailand. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommended!

We booked for 3 people. But there was only 2 coffee and tea in the room. Also there was no toothbrush and paste.

We stayed in a room with a private pool, the water was cold and not heated, less usable, there was a problem regulating hot and cold water in the shower, there were also problems with Wi-Fi, during rush hour the dining room is crowded and the wait is long.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to my complaint about the room air conditioning not working - they fixed it quickly. Convenient location - liked the Kata Street Food Market nearby - great to eat there daily. Liked the Watson pharmacy near by which had a good selection of skincare products. 7-Eleven close by also provided access to ATMs which was a plus.

Pool - pool was disappointing. Not a pool one would want to hang out. Bathroom - the water leaked out of the shower that wet the floor. Would be nice if the shower water didn't leak out all over the bathroom floor. Noise - my room was near construction side. Wasn't bothered by construction noise but a rooster that crowed consistently at 5am and woke me up every single day. Soundproofing in the room would be ideal or getting rid of the rooster!

It says it's very close to the beach, but there isn't direct beach access that close.

Staff are all amazing and friendly. Room spacious and cleaned daily Inc fresh towels. Parking on site. Choice of swimming pools and excellent food availability, including room service. International tv in room Inc. bonus of a small rooftop gym. Perfect for a 1 month stay.

Noise is a problem with huge construction sites adjacent. Builders work 7 days a week from early hours.

The hotel is beautiful, large. The room was clean and large, adding breakfast is very cheap. There are 2 pools, one upstairs and the other downstairs, both are fine. There is a gym, we didn't use it. The location is okay, but apart from the night market there is not much to do in the area. There is a large 7-Eleven a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The price of the hotel was very cheap compared to other hotels in the area, which is the most significant advantage of this hotel in our opinion.

The breakfast selection is too limited, my partner is vegetarian and could hardly find anything to eat. In addition, the room we got was not like the room in the pictures, it was really dark, even when all the lights were on. Also, the room was right in front of renovations - they are apparently building a new building opposite, and we woke up in the morning from the noise of the renovations, and we also had trouble falling asleep at night because of the noise from the night market because the soundproofing in the room was not good enough. We saw that the rooms across from our room, on the other side of the hallway, had much more light, so I recommend insisting on the room you booked, which we didn't do because we saw that the hotel on Booking was fully booked.

staff were very friendly and helpful. 3 pools gave us plenty of choice, and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. rooms clean and comfy

The space which was great for my young family.

It's a good location for Kata but if you plan to go multiple times to central phuket or the airport. It will be a long ride.
