The location of the hotel is close to everything 7/11 is 2 minutes waking, burger king the pizza company coffee club and night market everything is within few minutes walk

The hotel doesn't have simplest amenities like slippers, the room design is uncomfortable at all there no single hook to put you clothes, the room doesn't have cabinets and drawers for storage, the breakfast buffet was really small and not many options also so smelly i paid full amount for breakfast

Great place to stay.. The pools are the best for kids, we stayed in a family cosy room with 2 kids and they also provide a cot The room was clean and the housekeeping happened everyday. Staff were so polite and helpful, I don't remember their name but the guy Meaw Film helped us with fast check-out. I love the breakfast and also we used their restaurant, the staff and food were very good

The corridor was a bit humid and hamp sometimes but the room was good The location might not be the best in Phuket, but I chose Kata Beach on purpose as it's a family-friendly area There is a kids-club inside the resort/hotel, however, it's unsupervised. I wish I could leave my little one for 1-2 hours

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 5 and it was a fabulous experience. We stayed on the kids pool side and had access straight into the pool which was perfect and the best way to start and end our day! The waterslide, kids club and gym were kids and adults paradise. The buffet breaky was great. The staff especially Mook, Meaw, Film and Kruad were very helpful and arranged free transport from the airport when we arrived and to our next location. We highly recommend this place! Very close to Kata Beach and the fabulous night markets just a short walk away.

We had the 2 bedroom room and was perfect for our family. Very roomy. The pool and kids club area were great, the kids loved it. Breakfast had a good variety. Location was great, with 711 next door for supplies and a short walk to the night walking markets and spas. We were missing some things from our room (umbrellas, phone to call reception) and we weren’t given the app with all the info from the start which made it a bit more difficult to navigate things. But these didn’t majorly impact our stay, just little annoyances.

cozy stylish rooms, nice pool (especially for kids), quiet at night. very good location in Kata, many good restaurants and coffee shops are few steps away, seven eleven store next to the hotel. 7-10 min walk to the beach amazing staff especially Mook & Dew, they upgraded our rooms without even asking. Big thanks to the whole staff

The service was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming and really helpful. They helped us with our questions and how to get around. Special mention Max, Mook, Kruad, Film, Meaw and Dew. The pool is amazing and clean. It caters for all age groups. If you book the pool deck rooms you get direct access to the pool from the room.

Only thing is when you call a taxi it doesn't pick the right location, which is a Google maps thing.

we likes the room, the pool was excellent (we didn't feel the need to go to a water park) the staff at desk was very nice and helpes us with our questions (cihiba/max/zaw), the hotel has a good atmosphere and fun ti be in with good breakfast and a lot of restaurants and markets around.

there was a little bit if funny smell in the room. not that bad

The staff: Mook, Film, Dew, Max, and Team all fantastic...best service we have had at any hotel and we travel frequently. These employees went above and beyond and provided great suprises and upgrades for my girl's birthday. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Phuket.

The location and the hotel is perfect for the family , biggie room was large and comfortable for the kids. The pool is amazing and my kids enjoyed it a lot.

1.breakfast doesn’t contain halal food which made me skip breakfast during my 5 nights stay. 2.bed bugs , my kids suffered from bed bugs throughout the stay
