Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kids loved the pool. Very close to markets and surrounding streets had plenty of shops, salons and restaurants. Good value for money. Kids of varying ages - all had a great time. All facilities were available and in good condition. We paid extra for breakfast, it was tasty and varied daily. The grounds of the hotel were always clean and our rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Water in the pool was a lovely temperature and there were plenty of seats around it. We miss it already! I would say I'd go back BUT Thailand is so beautiful and we want to explore more of it! It was easy to organise taxis etc to get around - it is in a good location.

The only thing is that we felt the swimming pool could do with a spruce - understandably on low priority atm due to Covid fallout - bubbles in spa areas were not working but didn't really affect our fun. It is not a leisurely stroll to the beach - not so much of an issue for us but may be to others.

Well appointed rooms with decent internet connection and TV variety. Comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The pool is a bit tired and has lots of missing tiles and 'scum' around the walls at water line. I was there for 10 days on this visit (and have stayed there 7 times in total) and these aspects don't seem to have been addressed at all

hotel itself looks lovely, staff were very understanding, room was nice and even had a drying rack for clothes. near some stunning beaches.

they were very short staffed and consequently did not have our room ready for us at check in time. 2 hours later we were finally showed to our room. a little bit of a shame as we were only there for one night so wanted to make the most of it not waiting around, however the staff gave us complimentary breakfast and a drink as an apology so we appreciated that. breakfast was okay, not too much choice.

Perfect location, close to everything: food, restaurants of any kind, beach, market. The entire staff is professional and more importantly is happy to help you if you have any requests. I enjoyed my stay there!

The Wi-Fi is not good…

Ideally well located, The hotel is far enough from the center in order to be quite (5mn by walk) and close enough in order to be quickly in the nightlife and for the restaurants. The beach is 15/20mn by walk and the way to reach it is very easy. All the staff is very kind and very helpfull

a bit far from central festival and getting to the airport can be tricky because it can take up to 3 hours when the traffic is bad

Large, well-equipped rooms in a large block, with super-fast elevators. Great outdoor space, with good-sized pool. Plenty of loungers around the pool and additional seating. Fairly cheap and very tasty food on offer. Good location with a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Two other beaches within walking distance. Pool/beach towels available to sign out.

WiFi was good, but needed new codes every few days (available from reception)

we loved the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and the shops. although the pool showed signs of age it was roomy and well maintained. the staff were always going that extra step to help.
