It looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were so so kind. The bed was comfy. The room and everything was clean and the location was top notch!

The steep stairs🥲😮‍💨 but not a problem if you have no mobility issues. Also, they carry the heavy bags for you so you don’t have to worry about that!

The apartment and the staff was great, we really liked it. Hotel is located near the main street, You can ask to be relocated if it is too loud for You. To the nearest beach there is around 10-15 minutes by walk, next obe is around 30 minutes walk, everything was nearby. Apartment itself was very comfortable, the room was clean and modern. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was a la carte, we liked it, if You can't attend it, staff will prepare breakfast box if You want. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only negative we could say, that there were a lot of narrov steps, there was no elevator, so You have to take this into consoderation.

I recently stayed at Sugar Ohana in Phuket, and it was an incredible experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the shower gel bottle was empty so when i got back to my room at night and wanted to take a shower I had to go downstairs and ask for shower gel and was told to go to 7-11 and buy it lol. in the morning I talked to the receptionist and she said they do provide shower gel and said she was sorry but I wasn’t offered any compensation for the shower gel I had to buy on my own

The staff was super welcoming and friendly throughout the entire stay and gave us great recommendations for food, activities and beautiful sunset-watching spots! The hot breakfast was delicious and filling (and came with espresso drinks, which I didn't expect). They also cleaned our room every day, which was an added bonus. I enjoyed that there was a balcony in the room, as well. Would definitely book with them again!

Based on the photos, I assumed every room would have a view of greenery. Unfortunately, our room didn't, but next time, I know to request a room with a view. I also thought that the property had direct access to the beach, but it doesn't; you have to take an 8-10 minute walk to get to Kata Beach. But that was my bad for not reading the map correctly, to be honest, and the walk wasn't bad at all. You get to walk through the town a bit and people watch which is also nice, and you pass by plenty of street food vendors and restaurants to hit before or after the beach.

Room was just like in the picture, clean and well made. They even prepared a beach bag and towels in the room + water infront of the hotel to clean your feet from the sand. Breakfast had a great variety including menu and a buffet each morning. Two bottles of water everyday.

A lot of ants in my room, even without any food present. Stairs are quite narrow and steps are small. I didn't mind too much but some people may have problems.

Close to Kata and Karon (10 and 15 minutes walk) 7 eleven and other shops just a stone throw away The staff is super nice and helpful - early checked me in without any additional fees The bed is very comfy, everything is clean and kept tidy. Good variety of breakfast options. Overall is a very relaxing place

All the staff members were incredibly friendly and caring. Our room met the requirements and the breakfast was very good. The best detail was that they not only let us leave our backpack in the hostel during the last day after the check-out time but they also allowed us to use the shower of our room when we came back to pick it up since the weather was really hot and we had been the whole day out. We were very impressed with that gesture.

They didn't have tea or coffee bags in the room, only the kettle. It's a tiny detail that didn't diminish at all the wonderful experience we had there.

I liked how discrete the hotel is. It actually took a few minutes to see it when I first arrived. Private secure entrance also made feel like you were entering a secret club. Beautiful room and super comfy bed and pillows. Don’t start your vacation here first everything after this hotel won’t compare.

The elevator wasn’t working while I was there. No big deal but it would have been helpful during check in and out
