This was a charming place. I loved its location and enjoyed the spacious room. The rooftop swimming pools were a bit smaller than what I envisioned from the photos but since no one was using them, I had a great time dipping in to cool off from the heat. I liked the breakfast meals that were included in my booking, although with many restaurants and food choices around, it would have been cheaper to just go with the non-breakfast option instead.

I didn't pay for the booking online and learned the hard way. It is better to do so because paying at the stay with a credit card (I was trying to save my cash) will incur an extra fee and you will end up paying a few percent more than what you initially booked for.

Located really just 7 minutes by foot from the beach. However, it’s also in the middle of the partying area (literally, you step out of the hotel and there are loud music, food courts and bars). All markets, shops and etc are super close, can find everything just in 5-10 min. Quite easy to find a taxi in this area

The smell of food (really strong) qreaches the room (from the outside) (it’s on the 2nd floor). I had a balcony room and the view was for the road and Ozo pick up point (where everyone is waiting for a taxi. So as you understand, I had the curtains closed for the whole stay.

Room size was perfect for the price and the hotel's location is unbeatable. You will be in the heart of Kata night market and at walking distance from the beach. The place is lively and safe and easily accessible. If you are looking for a mid-range hotel at a good price, do not look further.

No lift due to the hotel configuration but well, you will get used to it.

Great location, close to everything. I was worried about the noise but with the window closed and aircon on, didn’t bother me much.

Lots of stairs!! Aircon wasn’t working in the first night but they fixed it in the next day. A bit of a challenge to communicate with the staff also but nothing that would ruin the experience.

The night market next to the hotel has the best food in Kata.

Sound. Till 22:00 you have no chance to sleep. Crazy girl with untuned guitar crying everyday the same songs.. so annoying..

Comfortable room Excellent location - steps away from the Kata market & a few mins walk to the beach. Central location, easy to commute to any other part of Phuket Helpful staff Very clean & well maintained Rooftop pool is a nice place to relax

Keep in mind the building doesn’t have an elevator - I don’t remember seeing this when I booked but I also wasn’t checking specifically.

The location and the places to eat around.

Everything almost EXCELLENT if not for the lady reception. Very unwelcoming, not friendly and has a dismissive attitude. Not good for someone who deals with customer. Need training, tho' no amount of training can change an unpleasant character of a person. The male manager in the morning has a more pleasant attitude.

- excellent location (close to the beach, the diving center, the party area) - 2 bottles of water everyday - parking for scooters behind the building - laundry service - helpful stuff

- 500 baht deposit for keys - no elevator - some devices seems breaking a little, I've got a room with broken safe (couldn't close it) and air conditioner (it was leaking), so they let me change the room. In another room the safe had problems too, but the stuff managed to fix it. After some time the air conditioning started to have problems and it was a struggle to turn it on sometimes.

The Must Sea Hotel provides excellent value for money. The room was a good size, it contained a large balcony overlooking part of the Kata Night Market, an excellent bathroom, a comfortable bed and good in-room facilities. The room and the hotel building was very clean, there is a colourful and fun design to the rooms and building too, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, surrounded by the Night Market and many restaurants, bars, shopping and convenience stores all within a short walk. It was a pleasant 5 minute walk to Kata Beach. I would happily return in the future.
