The hotel location is great! You can easily walk to Karon Beach ou Kata Beach. They provide a bag for you to take to the beach and umbrellas also. It looks like a "party" hotel, but was super quiet and family friendly.

The staff did not speak very good english, so we communicated with Google Translate.

New-ish place. Kind staff- nice small pool. Furnishings are well maintained. Helpful with free onsite parking (only one lot in the hotel), provided beach amenities like towel, bag, umbrella.

Room we had was small. Small TV. Didn’t change the towels during housekeeping. Didn’t provide toothbrush and paste. Pillow very soft.

Staff are exceptionally friendly. Location is very central between 2 beautiful beaches. Room cleaning every day with fresh bottles of water. Very comfortable aircon and comfortable bed. I would stay here again without any hesitation

Nothing, everything was great

Rike, my friend and I were beyond happy. The room was spacious. We got the balcony one and it was nice. The location was great. We walked not about 5 minutes to Kata Beach and only 7 minutes to Karon Beach. Starbucks was infront of the hotel. Family Mart, Watsons, Coffee shop, cafe and restaurants were 3 minutes by walk. The facilities were complete. Don't worry, you could go to the beach with fully equipment provided such as beach towel, sand blanket and umbrella. We love so much the team. They were helpful and really nice, very very nice. They gave us suggestion things to do, what and where to eat and what kind of transportation that comfortable.

We love everything here. Hopefully, everything's goin back normal soon.

The Location between the both beaches. So you can choose where to go. Hotel offers beach towels and mats. Food, cafe and drinking places around the hotel easy to reach. Supermarkets are around the corner.

Unbeatable location, access to both beaches, property provides beach towels, modern decor and materials, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly attentive staff, management is super customer focussed. The two level loft so awesome for sharing with kids. Plenty breakfast options around. Will stay again.

No English at reception

We got a room upgrade for free, which was great. Room was very big, well equipped and cleaned daily. You can take beach towels, and beach is 5 mins away. Location was very good.

Breakfast is very mediocre.

Very good position, everything is close around. Restaurants, shops, Kata and Karon beach
