The STEEP hill to get up to the property not ideal for elderly or less mobility people I’d say unless in a car of course

The location in a side alley from the main road is very good. It is quite, still in walking distance to good restaurants, laundry, a gym and both Kara and Karon beaches. We had a late checkin, which was possible. The staff in general is very friendly. The room is clean and there was daily room service.

First of all the receptionists are friendly welcoming with warmth smile and about the room and service are also meet our expectations.The bungalow we stayed had a nice view from the balcony.The big trees all over the resort was a great freshly vibe and the pool was big and nice and the staff activity all over the day are also give a energetic vibe.Love this place Thank for your service😊

Nice Big Bunglow with pool facing and mini kitchenette best part is quite even on day time and the view from my balcony was awesome and the staffs are also very friendly and the receptionist girl is very friendly warmly and taking care on guest is a plus.Thank for this comfortable stay.

It's just a suggestion that should put some more chair on pool btw Pool was also nice.

Everything we love this place /our bunglow it is facing with the pool and the pool was nice and at night on balcony woww such amazing views and the staffs are very friendly we get what we expect.There's 7/11 store at downstair and not too far from both karon and kata beach.Must try this resort.

Best Place to visit with family very good place where you can relax with your family for a holiday specially for couple very good place everything is very good especially the morning view and best experience in my life this place......

Great location! Probably as quiet as you can get around Kata- but easy walking distance to the beach and along to Karon. 7/11 really close by. Really comfortable beds :) Everything here is very good. i will come here again when i come to thailand again.......

Its a great little place to stay, small chalet style with small terrace you can sit out on. Pool clean and quiet, a few minutes walk down the hill to main street and close to beach. Wifi good, shower pressure good, beds clean and comfy.

Not much really. For some people the hill up to the room will be a bit steep, i used it as a workout :).

Big room with huge balcony and view of the hill and sea. Uphill from hussell of Kata streets.

The pool looked a little less than desirable, but I go to the beach to swim 😄 Hard bed, which was great for me, but some are sensitive to that.
