I booked a "Indy Deluxe Double Room" and on arrival was upgraded to a pool access room, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Having the pool access was also great to dip in quickly when I wanted without having to go to the main pool area. (The room I had had a separate pool on the back of the building.) The staff were polite and helpful and let me leave my bags there during the day for my evening flight. The bus from Kata Night Plaza (15min walk) will take you to Patong, along the coast to other beaches or to the airport.

The shower could have had better pressure. The furniture on the room patio was pretty basic, other rooms had nicer sun lounges but my room was just 2 chairs. It was fine for just me though. The location is what it is, it's close enough to the shops, restaurants and the beach, but it's also far enough to be annoying. It's about a 15min walk to and from the closet main area, so if you forget something or just want to pop to the shop then go shower and go out for dinner its a bit of back and forth. There is a 24hr convenient store and a 7/11 on the same street so only a minute or 2 away. The beach is about a 20min walk and the south end of Kata with a few more resorts and restaurants is also about a 25min walk.

Big bright room, not bad view, though it was on the inner streets, but lots of greenery There’s a nice small cafe to have breakfast right next to the hotel 7eleven in walking distance and they have 24hours reception lobby, good for late arrivals👍 It was clean, though the hotel is not new. Was a good find(in our case was a last minute reservation)

The street the hotel is at is quite high with traffic and there’s no side walk there at all. But not a problem in general, maybe not ideal with children. It’s 20 minutes walk from the sea, but expectable and wasn’t a problem for us. Shower appliance needs a deep clean or a replacement probably, but it works fine and in general for us all was really nice and acceptable🙌

Only between sometimes there is some noises when people leave from the doors, it's better keep a doors for non disturbs in the future.

Clean and comfort. Shower is nice (hot water and high water pressure). They can call taxi for you (the price to airport is 1100 bhats), but you need to tell them in advance (one day before), otherwise there may be no taxi available during busy hours.

Balcony is not as clean as the room.

Overall very happy with our stay, Bed was super comfy. Quiet. Pool is clean and relaxing. we extended 1 night because we were comfortable. hired a scooter from reception which all worked out great. With a scooter location is perfect! Without a scooter it's still 9/10 short walks.

We loved our stay! If we had to give small comments on improvements, our room didn't have plug points next to the bed but this wasn't a big deal for us. The TV has great channels and we found some good movies to watch, but I would have liked a smart TV to do netflix for the rainy moments, again not a big deal because everything else was perfect.

Very nice and helpful staff. Location is pretty good, near busy streets, but not loud and you can have a good sleep. Close to shopping/restorants and beach walking distance. Great value for money, would recommend.

No on site food/beverages aside from breakfast, which means walking to town during a pool day.

Very clean hotel, a little bit old but everything else is just fine!! The cleaning lady was doing a great job cleaning our room daily, and the reception personal was very nice!! 😊
