Great location, good breakfast. The sea is right across the road. Spacious rooms, not new, but clean.

We ordered “garden view room” - that means we expected to see a garden from our window. BUT actually there is a view to another hotel (if you mean some palms under the word “garden” - I would say this is NOT a garden).

Good location, decend clean room, big and clean pool, nice employees.

Close to a small night market, it can get very noisy in the evening-night. In the room without the air conditioner on, it was a strong smell of mold. The breakfast is not ideal except for the omelette and some fresh fruits

Great location over the road from Karon beach. Near good restaurants and markets. Bus stop nearby, can travel to the airport which goes via Patong and Phuket. Staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Breakfast was great, an egg station, cooked how you want them including omelettes made individually. Cereals, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, hot items including noodles and sausages. Coffee and teas, milk and juices. The pool was lovely and clean and there was a second pool near our room. Neither were busy and there were enough sunbeds. Our room was very spacious and clean, it had a huge bed, a bath and separate shower, a safe, fridge and drinks in the fridge which were only a couple of bhats to purchase. There was a kettle. Tea, coffee and coffee mate sachets. 2 complimentary waters were provided daily. We had a great view from our balcony. The spa was closed as far as we could see for the duration of our holiday and the restaurant was a little quiet other than breakfast time.

Very nice place to stay for visit Phuket and Karon area, the room was ok, near you can find all your needs, a lots of things to do. Staff was very friendly and kind, i will come back for sure.

Karon Princess is in a great location- across the main street from the beach, next to a food stand night market, within a block to massage, currency exchange (albeit not the best rate), 7-11 and juice shops. It's really close to outdoor stands for clothes, souvenirs, etc. The shower gets hot, AC cold, bed is comfortable, and there is a great bathtub. The pool is big and is a good temperature. We were near the back by the pool, which was a longer walk to the beach, but was very quiet and relaxing. We weren't used to the time change and were easily able to get Grab Food or 7-11 breakfast at 4 am.

There is no bidet. Check out takes a while as someone checks over everything in your room, which wasn't a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you have something scheduled.

Amazing location, the hotel itself has a nice pool, was in maintenance while I stayed however they courteously allowed us to use the neighboring hotels pool.

Great location between kata beach and patong and the beach in front of the hotel also amazing. Pool is nice also for a relaxing stay if you need a recovery day. Close to 7 eleven shops and bars I can confirm from reading some previous reviews that we now got 2 bottles of shampoo and bodywash each (4 total) Staff super helpful when asking any question

The other thai person who wrote a review was right... there are no "bum guns" But in all honesty, if that is all they are missing. There is nothing really wrong with the place

They welcomed us with a glass of juice and a big smile. The rooms were great, had a beautiful view. We were upgraded which made it to a great value for money hotel. One room had an AC issue, the staff kindly gave us a different room to sleep in, and they fixed the issue on the next day. Big pool, no kids pool, or a shallow part to the pool, it was written 1.3m buy was definitely deeper

The keys - had to ask one more card so that the AC will be on at all times. For us, the breakfast wasn't good at all. verity was ok, but the taste was bad.

Location being bang on the Beach with Nearby Local Souvenir Shops, Resturant. Seems to be an old hotel, yet maintenance have been superb. Breakfast spread was good, a mix more of English and some good Thai Food.

Rooms are not sea view, mostly all are garden view. The room and bathroom fittings are old fashioned, I didn't mind though, but if you are quite finicky, it may matter.

Location. Convenience. Directly across from Beach. Perfect.

All was perfect until departure when arrogant male insisted I had an old thin hand towell (they are old & thin) something even the poorest wouldn't bother with. He wanted to open my luggage (a marathon to pack) right when Van arrived to pick us up. My friend blew up about the Feaces on one towel left in room, of course not understanding or ignoring this he demanded 500baht. I swore & said why I trusted Thais & van waiting gave him money telling him to stick it. Soon he ran back with list of costs it was 50baht.. not 500baht (crook) I unpacked to find no THIN FRAYING Hand Towel. Sadly, all other staff were excellent. Brut helpful. We were going back there next week but now due to him decided Not too. Sadly coz Brut manager & girls are exceptional. Thanks girls!
