One of the few hotels that has direct access to the beach.

Some guests reserve the best sun loungers for the day by putting at 7 am their towels on it. This leaves only the less interesting loungers available. At the reception is indicated that this is forbidden but the staff doesn't enforce the rules.

A well-rounded adult only beachfront resort. This resort suits people who want a beachfront experience with the proximity to street restaurants and markets. After many years (nearing 10 years now I think?) I continue to return at least once or twice annually. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, the vibe is chilled.

This resort is getting a little dated although upgrades are underway The cost has crept up over the years which is keeping some regulars away, this noted with the drop in tourism to Thailand in recent years, hopefully will be adjusted or at least a decent " frequent customer:" discount applied for those that use this resort as their annual monthly get away.

Absolutely perfect location directly on the beach - which is super warm water, relatively calm and even has tropical fish right near the hotel! Rooms and balconies had amazing views right up the beach, pools were perfect for just chilling out and the included breakfast was great. Every single staff member as SO welcoming and friendly!!! The room was clean and serviced daily with fresh towels and water. Out the back of the hotel is a thriving shopping strip with restaurants, souvenir shops, Thai massage parlours, money changing, tours and pretty much everything else you might want. The hotel is situated on Karon Beach but is only 5 minutes walking distance to Kata Beach via the streets. Kata has a night food market with exceptional street food.

Booking.com didn't tell the hotel that we had booked a twin room even though we had specifically checked this upon booking so the first night we had a double bed rather than twin beds. The only thing that was slightly annoying about the hotel was that it is situated right next to a beach club which starts playing music from about 3pm and goes through till late. It's possible to ignore it - but the bass just just thumps on constantly and you can hear it from everywhere in the hotel - even though our room was at the opposite end of the hotel from the club. Despite this we will definitely be back as the positives way outnumbered this one annoyance.

Absolute best location with sea views. Staff were friendly & the breakfast buffet was really good. Room service meals were delicious! All rooms facing pool & the sea which was great, nice authentic Thai character, great comfortable bed. Spacious room. Will definitely be back again

No ice station, freezer in bar fridge in room was locked tight, couldn't open. No small milk provided in room to make coffee/tea. New soft pillows would have made it more comfortable.more landscaping around the pool with hardy plants would have made the area pop more, the grass around the pool untidy, hedging would be more visually appealing

One smoking area would be needed. Smoking in balconies.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic beachfront location. Views from the balcony were beautiful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was not happy with the first room I was allocated and they changed me to another room without any problems. Hotel within walking distance of both Karon and Kata and easy transport to Patong and Phuket. Breakfast was good with a good choice and service. The swimming pool and beach bar were good but for us the sea was more enticing.

The swimming pool was good however the hotels policy should be enforced more stringently in relation to use of sun beds. The pool is open from 0700 - 1900 and sun beds cannot be ‘saved’ with towels. One morning I counted 36 sun beds with towels on at 0645 and not one person in sight. Guests would leave towels on the beds during the day and go off into town and come back 2 or 3 hours later. To make it fair for everyone this should not be allowed to happen.

Good location, even though in the centre of the town once you were in the hotel you did not hear anything. Stunning views over bay. Breakfast options good. Pool area is lovely with views out over bay. Just remember though you do pay more when buying food and drink and we did find it bit expensive when compared to outside prices.

The location. Right on the sea front. Quiet , clean part of the beach. Easy access to the Kata market for great authentic Thai food. The rooms, hotel and pools was clean. Breakfast - good selection. Attentive staff everywhere. Allowed to check in room two hours early. Amazing sea view.

The room was lovely but felt damp and had a musty smell. Not sure why because all clean. There were plenty of sun beds but the guests adopted the get up at 6 to reverse with towels and leave them sitting there half the day. The hotel stated they would remove belongings if this happened but nothing was done. Very difficult to police. The drinks at the swim up bar were very expensive for Thailand.

The room was spacious and had all the comforts we needed. The beach was lovely and practically in our backyard. The breakfast: I appreciated most the local items and the tropical fruits but the omelette lady also did a great job, and always with a smile.

In my opinion, the cocktails at the pool bar could have been much better, especially given the price they cost.

Location. Easy access to Karon beach. Room and hotel area clean. F&B staff were very friendly.. Breakfast was good with ample variety and decent menu at the Beach restaurant. Large and comfortable bed.

On first day beach area closest to the hotel was not clean (I assume it's a public beach) but it was clean on the last day. Bathroom a bit ageing, could do with an update.
