The pool is clean and fresh. Staff is outstanding. Friendly and helpful, always ready to help with baggage. The shower has hot water and is large with a place to sit if you need it. Food market is across the street.

Food at breakfast could be hotter.

Wonderful, friendly, hard-working staff. This was our second stay after a short excursion to Khao Lak. Hotel is beautifully designed and landscaped. Pool was perfect temperature and everything was very clean.

Lighting in the rooms is poor. Bathroom also needs better lighting. Aircon blowing directly onto the bed

Fabulous location close to the night market and great restaurants on Bang Rin. Recommend Sim Boon Restaurant, Korean BBQ and the Chinese restaurant. Super comfortable bed and lovely facilities. Breakfast was good with choice of western or Thai. The lovely coffee shop on the premises did delicious iced coffee and their signature guava smoothie. Wonderful staff who were so helpful organizing bike hire, transport & ferries to Surin Islands and Koh Phayam. This is a great place to base yourself for trips to and from Ranong. Special thanks to Kit on the front desk for all her help.

Contrary to other reviews, we had no problems with mosquitoes with appropriate repellent. We mistook the noise of the crickets for an alarm! But their noise and the noise of the frogs are charming and natural and they were quiet at bedtime.

The resort was excellent , the staff at check-in were very pleasant and helpful with advice and local knowledge. Room was very clean and quiet and bed very comfortable. Location was a short distance from town centre and breakfast the following morning was great, enough choices. Would stay again.

Clean, excellent central location, nice rooms, parking available, friendly staff and good breakfast. Handy for the night market and a short drive to the hot springs and Walkjng Street.

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast there was great!! The first morning we ordered from a menu but there was also beverages, salad and fruit in addition to what was on the menu. The second morning was buffet style and nice choices. Staff remembered from day before I was vegetarian and went out of their way to offer something else!! The young lady at the front desk named Bell was so friendly and helpful. She has even learned some good English so she can communicate and help. Big gold star for Bell!!!

Clean, modern & comfortable. Slept well as it was very quiet. Lovely!

Staff were lovely but made many mistakes that were avoidable. Example- ordered a meal & they forgot about it. Never did get it. Sat for over an hour then went to bed.
