They offer free shuttle service at designated times to the airport. The room is very clean and modernized especially the rain shower head. The room was cold and had a great scent. I know there's a restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner however, i have heard great reviews of which. I've used the local rideshare app (TTRS) to move around and based on the location was very cheap to get around the area.

The location was a bit into the residential community but close to the airport. The Wifi is fast however, they have a sorta parental buffer on it which is good and bad depending. I did not get local Digicel signal inside my room.

Friendly staff. And most of all the pool.

The hotel was bigger than I expected and neatly tucked away in its location. The room was so clean and cozy, and the staff were very warm, welcoming and very accomodating throughout my stay. We loved everything and look forward to coming again.

The internet connection was horrible so my son had no access to watch his Netflix.

Nice,quiet and clean surroundings,warm welcome and very accommodating for my simple needs. Will definitely be back again. Loved the shuttle pick up and drop off there was no need to worry about getting to and from the location.

There isn't anything I disliked about this place. Everything was just good for my experience

On my second stay I liked being downstairs. Tiles are cleaner. Persons with allergies don't do too well with carpet.

Didn't like the fact that no breakfast was available. Consideration should be given to persons 60 yrs and over to at least have free tea or coffee. Elderly persons and those with knee issues have problems climbing into the shuttle. Perhaps a car could be used instead.

Close to the airport. Free shuttle if you match their times, otherwise reasonable price for a taxi and the taxis are right there so it's quick

We stayed only to sleep and go back to the airport for our flight to Tobago, so didn't have time to form an opinion.

I like the pool view form the room and how everything is designed and I look forward to visit again and try out the higher packages and enjoy more luxury

Oh just the front door takes long to close back but didn't fuss about I enjoyed my stay that's what matters.

Clean room close to the airport. Friendly guy at the reception.The restaurant isn’t working, but the reception can order take away from nearby restaurants.

The free airport drop off is only at certain hours, outside these hours it’s 10 USD.

Closeness to the airport, nice pool. Marissa was absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and patient with my questions and tiredness. Note that some reviews are older and I think right after lockdown, which they didn't fair well in I think.. I found everything in acceptable condition. It's a bit oddly constructed but if ur in transit who cares?!

Restaurant is closed for renovations and no great options close. I would have gotten something at the airport had I known.

That no restaurant available which was not told before booking was made we didn't have lunch and waited to have an evening meal and was told to late at 6pm That ordering was not available to order at that time I needed to get myself and husband a.meal so we had nothing to eat until the following day going to sleep very hungry The first day my breakfast order price was in local currency from the second it was in us currency which was very high
