Nice location with private beach. Excellent entertainment from 9pm - 11.30pm every evening. Clean pool and very spacious on site and well maintained. Good variety of food on offer.

Bit outdated internally (carpets, furnishings, paint). Be wary of difference in all inclusive (drinks included) and full board (drinks to be paid separately) which was not clear when making the booking.

The property was very beautiful and spacious, it had a luxurious feel. The staff were lovely, very approachable and friendly especially Omar who was working in the kitchen as well as Haykel and Sofien at the front desk. Everyone was very helpful! I was able to book a few activities with the hotel, it was fairly priced and we really enjoyed our time. I felt very safe at the hotel, thanks to the lovely security team (who were also very friendly and keen to help with anything). There were taxis stationed right outside the hotel which was useful as we didn’t have to wait around for one. Also there was always some sort of entertainment going on at the hotel which meant we were never bored if we decided to stay in.

It was slightly dim/dark in some areas of the hotel especially in the corridors and in the reception area under the stairs. The WiFi in my room was very weak, I was on the 5th floor however I spoke to other residents and they also found it to be weak although they were on the 1st floor. In the weekends the restaurant opposite the hotel would have live music that would go on past mid night, it was extremely loud and so meant we didn’t sleep well those 2 nights. However, the staff at the hotel were very proactive and was happy to change our room to the other side of the hotel to reduce the noise disturbance.

me and my kids we enjoyed the great welcoming of the employees and the staff, they did their best to satisfy and accommodate with care my stay. I liked also their 3 huge pools which was a real pure fun for kids exceptionally the toboggans. My kids really enjoy it. the animation’s team was excellent too there is a lot of activities all the day long. The kids club was very useful for parents who want a rest of peace during the nap time. The check in was very smooth and easy.

the hotel was not well air conditioned hallways and restaurants, but the rooms were very comfy and cooled. The other thing that I didn’t like is the options of payments only one electronic machine to pay through my mastercard circulating through all bars and facilities which is getting the process very long and complicated. there was not staff to accommodate you during the arrival for the drop-off the luggages nobody to welcome you at the door the help you with all your stuff.

Golden Tulip President was a great experience! The hotel is very clean and spacious — it really gives the feeling of being in a large resort. There’s plenty of room to walk and relax among the gardens and bungalows. The two swimming pools and water slides for kids are a fantastic touch for families. The restaurant is excellent, with a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The food was truly impressive — a wide and delicious selection at the buffet every day. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented.

The main area for improvement is staff organization, especially during check-in. The process was not smooth, and the front desk team seemed a bit inexperienced, particularly when it came to assisting English-speaking tourists. A little more training and structure would make the welcome experience much better. Also, it’s important to note that the hotel is not exactly beachfront — you have to cross a road and walk for about 4 minutes to reach the beach. This should be clarified in the hotel’s description

The staff, especially the owner and the guest relations manager , were extremely professional, friendly and kind, this is what every customer wants and looks forward to receiving and they have successfully made that happen so thanks to the amazing, professional and kind staff. The food was delicious, the area is clean, the pool and the club added a big value to our experience. I recommend as it is an amazing hotel. The room is relaxing and clean, suitable for anyone wanting to sleep and relax. The atmosphere is friendly and ambiant, we liked that! The parking is spacious and that is an excellent feature.

The swimming pool hours can be extended beyond 6pm especially the indoor one, during summer. It is a minor detail and does not affect the overall great experience!

We liked our stay in general it was calm, decent and joyful the staff tried their best and they were friendly. The cleaning was in place and the hygiene and food were clean. I really recommend everyone to visit to see the place which is placed in a good spot with a good view In general, we liked our stay, and we thank all staff involved and assisted in making the accommodation comfortable. We didn't like few things the food was very good and clean but the variety was limited because you can find the same buffet opened day after day only two or three plates they change. The beach needs to be accessed after crossing road, not directly from the hotel Pool would be better if it was bigger Missing some animation during the day and the big animation activities should be free of charge

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is cosy and the sea view was beautiful to look at every morning. Wiem at the welcome desk was a delight to talk to and very helpful. For sure I'm coming back with my family and friends. Food is delicious, we really like the country themed buffet and the staff was great. The restaurant à la carte was the delight of our stay and the beach bar seemed great as well. Cleanliness was great and the lady was very polite and the room was spotless. The beach accommodation was the cherry on the top.

More variety for the buffet restaurant but it was really delicious. The animation stuff should be more inclusive. The spa staff should be more welcoming. The cleaness of the pool bar could be better.

Everything! The staff was kind, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. also I want to say everything was very, very good about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. I especially want to thank the Receptionist Fathia, Wiam and Mokhtar. also Zohra who cleaned our room perfectly every day. Every one of them deserves a 10/10 — they truly made our stay memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip President Hotel in Hammamet, Tunisia. The reception staff, especially Fathia and Iskandar, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The stay was comfortable, with excellent food and assistance readily available whenever needed. I particularly enjoyed the amazing activities like horse riding. Highly recommend!

Our room on the 5th floor had a partial view of the sea and directly above the primary pool. With our ten year old daughter the secondary pool with many slides was a big bonus. Food selection at breakfast and dinner was excellent though the quality of the food was marginal. Extremely loud dining room with many children. Plenty of sun loungers though need to get out early in the day. The two ladies at reception did a great job in the midst of hectic check-in. . The beach was clean with many lounge chairs and umbrellas. 100 meter walk from the lobby across the street.
