We just returned from our second family vacation at Mirage Iberostar in Hammamet, and it truly was a charm! As returning guests, we already had high expectations based on our previous experience, but this visit managed to exceed them in every way. The staff welcomed us like family and made sure every moment was special. The service, as always, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. We loved the variety and quality of the food, and the kids had a blast at the pool and on the beautiful beach. The entire property is kept spotless and inviting, and it’s clear that the team takes real pride in making guests feel at home. Our family made wonderful memories together, and we are so grateful to everyone at Mirage Iberostar for making our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you for another fantastic experience! We can’t wait to return for a third time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable family holiday in Tunisia.

The bungalows that we had are perfect. The staff is amazing. The food is OMG delicious. We've been so spoilt in this holiday. The staff are the secret weapons here. From reception, wait staff and the F&b manager. They are all very friendly, helpful and sincere people. They elevated our stay this entire holiday. My husband and I had double bday celebrations and they treated us for free meals and huge bday cake. I cannot thank the resort enough for an unforgettable holiday. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel The Mirage Resort & Spa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The accommodation was nothing short of perfect – comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed to ensure a relaxing stay. A special thanks to the General Hotel Director and the Reception Director and their team for maintaining such high standards and creating a truly wonderful atmosphere. It was evident that every detail was thoughtfully considered to make guests feel special. I had the pleasure of staying at The Mirage Resort & Spa, and I must say the experience was outstanding. A special thank you to Slimani Khaled, the Head of Accommodation, for the warm welcome and exceptional assistance throughout my stay. His professionalism truly stood out. The entire team at The Mirage was remarkable, ensuring top-notch service and a memorable experience. I would also like to highlight Saber from the restaurant for his exceptional service and attention to detail, which made dining a real pleasure. I am already looking forward to returning for a long stay and enjoying once again the impeccable hospitality this resort offers. Highly recommended!

Warm welcome by the management team (Ms Yosra, Mr. Khaled) with minth tea. Details of the complex received. Luggages directly transported to our villa, aisle "Bougainvillea". Lounge at the reception very well decorated, clean, confortable, cosi atmosphere, floral scent ; we spent time there with view on garden and pool. The gardens smelt very good, maintained by the dedicated team. -Villa (641) very confortable, cosy with carpet, paintings, terrace ; with dressing spaces put clothes, cleaning every day, towels changed, shampoo/shower gel, bottle water. -Main restaurant: international and tunisian food (sincerly delicious) : several entrances/main plats/desserts: vegetables, tajines, coucous (meat, veg.) ; fresh fish, shrimps, fruits (pomegranate, dates, ...), cakes, .. prepared with attention and refinement. Thanks to Mr. Faycal (ex. Chief) for his attention. Thematic food every day. A specific tunisian evening was a sucess (tajine, crisp, makrout..), waiter with traditional tenu, nice music. -Breakfast: salted, sweet, pancake, crepe, milui, eggs omlett, oney, halva, marmelade, fromage, ..., you can't imagine. -Resort: fitness room (we enjoyed it, view on the pool and garden), 3 pool one supervised from morning to end of day, ground and corridors cleaned ; secured (main entrance, side beach, camera). We felt like at home in this village. All the staff was polite and had a word for us, especially for our daughter (she has appreciated these discussions, us as well). Kids club : a special thanks to Hana for her time with our daughter (4y) and I think with all the kids (several activities (coloring, creation, pool ..)). Evening time after dîner very appreciated by the kids (songs, choreography). Activities all the day: yoga, aquabike, stretching, tennis, .. . Dynamic animation team. Thanks to all of them (Ouissam, Gaston, ...). Access to the beach in few minutes, walking/running along was a real pleasure.

Nothing : in summary, we were very happy to stay at the Mirage Resort and we recommend it ! The experience was incredible and the resort is fully adapted to families, couple or single travellers. Thanks +++

The service, facilities, food, accommodation were all outstanding. The pools are excellent. Range of food for all inclusive stay is excellent. They have live cooking stations during every meal, pancakes, bead and eggs at breakfast. Grills, pasta, pizza at lunch and dinner. They have an extensive range of continental cuisine, huge salad bar and delicious local cuisine. All the food is really fresh. My children never struggled to find anything to eat and really enjoyed the food, my fussy kids. Outstanding service from all staff especially Yossra and Nihel at reception, so attentive . They go out of their way to be hospitable and accommodating. We stayed for 1 week in oct 2024 with our 4 children. They all thoroughly enjoyed the pools, beach, food and entertainment. Would highly recommend this resort. I also had a massage at the spa which was so good. A 50 minute massage for only £50, excellent value for money. On our last day our flight was late, we didn’t leave the resort until 8pm. They kindly allowed us to use the room longer than the check out time and accommodated me to pray during g the day even though we no longer had the room. Excellent service, they really go above and beyond. The entertainment each evening was also really enjoyable. Especially the Halloween themed dinner and entertainment for the children and adults. One thing to note, most of the entertainment was in French. Which made it a bit tricky for us to take part in a few things. One day our ensuite shower flooded and this was sorted ASAP.

One thing which needs attention is the shower head in our en-suite bathroom.

Vey friendly staff, and extremely clean hotel. We had a special treat of a free dinner as a welcome gesture for mom and I. We both really enjoyed the hotel and the staff.

I will definitely come back in the summer. I believe the hotel facilities, amazing architecture, and multiple outside pools are better enjoyed in the warm season. I went in the winter and since the hotel was not equipped with an inside pool or free spa, this has slightly affected the experience.

The service is top notch. friendly and helpful staff, was very clean and comfortable bedding. Rooms are cleaned daily; internet was fast. Close to the beach and great swimming pool. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and very professional staff throughout our stay. We were upgraded to exclusive which was really game changer. The buffet options were great I find it a variety of options to choose from. the staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating. we were very pleased with our stay - felt like we were at home. They went out of their way beyond and above to make us comfortable. Definitely, we will refer it to our family and friends. Special thanks for the staff, Khalid, Yosra, Adil, Bilal. and so on, every one of the staff were super kind and helpful.

More equipment for the gym

The hotel was amazing thanks to the wonderful amazing staff and employees.. they managed to make us feel like we are amongst family.. special thanks to Khaled who texted us before we arrive asking for any specific requirements.. Shatha with her amazing smile and great recommendations.. Ghassan who was always checking on us making sure we didn't need anything.. facilities were great.. the beach is outstanding so are the pools The architecture is so nice, with such soothing color schemes.. and gardens are heavenly

The only downside for this hotel is the food..there are sooo many varieties but no distinct flavour..hope they take notice and make some adjustments to their menu One minor thing..they only have shampoo no conditioner!

In fact, we were very comfortable with my family at Mirage Hammamet Hotel, as I liked the way the staff dealt with us, especially Adel and Murad, they helped us a lot. I also liked the breakfast and dinner, and the location was also comfortable and the rooms were clean. Finally, we said goodbye to Mr. Chakib, the general manager, personally, and he provided us with his business card. This was wonderful.
