Clean , nice beache good food

The security gave us hard time going in and out of the hotel he was so rude

Almost everything.

The responal of the restaurant during breakfast was rude. He asked me to leave the table for his best client while I was having breakfast !!!!

I confess I did not have high expectations when I booked this hotel as rating was relatively low. Chose it due to its convenient location. Upon arrival, reception promptly took care of the check in (and they were busy with group of people that arrived before me), and process was smooth and quick. I also got bracelet to enjoy non-alcoholic drinks and breakfast, lunch and dinner for free, which I did not expect, because it was not specifically mentioned in booking information, but it was a pleasant surprise. Room was big, bed was comfortable, AC worked well and bathroom was very clean. What I have to praise is staff... every single employee of the hotel I came across was kind, smiling and catering to my needs. Way to go! I will definitely come back when I return to Tunisia!

furniture in the room is dated. It is perfectly functional and room has everything you might need, it is just bit old. I usually have some fruit for breakfast, but there was no fruit option available. To be fair, there were lots of vegetables, though. But that's the only thing that did not meet my expectations.

The breakfast was okay 👍 I love my salads but I could not eat it it made me ill but the rest of the food was okay it was eatable.

Some of the men stuff was very helpful, but but the lady with blonde hair was very rude to me. I love the entertainment it was fantastic and the animation team there was also good they were fabulous they were good and very funny they made your holiday on the waiters was also fabulous and excellent.

Breakfast was fine. There was a vast selection to chose from. From cooked breakfast or cereals, breads, croissants , jams meats and cheeses. Plentiful of drinks and juices . The staff were very hospitable , the hotel was in a great position close to beach and the town. If I come to this area again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again . I enjoyed my time here . Thankyou to all for my pleasant stay .

Would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room. Apart from that everything was fine .

Great location at the Kantaoui city not far from the el medina sousse.i would like to recommend people to book in this hotel with good price and great food and service .

I didn’t like people go early to the pool to reserve they’re seat in the chairs putting towels in the top some of them they never show up .

The building and grounds were well kept and luxurious

The outside seating had no cushions so were a little hard after sitting on them for sometime also beds were to firm for our liking

Great price for a hotel of this class. Clean, good food, friendly staff.

There was a bunk bed in my room which is not something I requested and honestly didn't want to have in my room. Also, spa doesn't have an online booking system, so I couldn't get spa treatments for the time slot I wanted.
