Nice, new building. My room was spacious. It looked exactly like in the pictures. It was clean, which is very important for me. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some people wrote it's on a high ground so u need a car! I don't know honestly what people do in Trabzon if they don't have a car. All the nice places are at least an hour away in the mountains. So u need anyway a car. U can't get around without a car. I wouldn't rely on taxis. They'll rip u off. The important thing they have a parking lot in this hotel. My advice, no matter where u book, don't book in the center. Driving there is a nightmare.

In July 2024 I was so happy that I stayed in Melissa Orel for 4 nights it was a great experience in so many ways and that because of its location The only thing that I was little uncomfortable is the bedding quality is bad not soft and not fitted good so please Melissa change your bedding type please 😊

The best thing about the place is the cleanliness and the service. Both Ali and Denis were very welcoming and helpful. they were always available and tending to our requests.. The location of the hotel is nice however you need a taxi or you need to rent a car since there are no shops or grocery stores nearby. Maydan and forum mall are 10-15 minutes away by taxi. The place is excellent for families as the suit is spacious and has all amneties needed

that there were no stores or restaurants available or nearby..However, they have informed us that they are going to construct a restaurant and reception area.

Very nice, well built (good materials used), brand new facility. Extra bonus goes to very friendly, pleasant customer service oriented reception staff. Especially to the gentleman who's working on a day shift. Nothing to complain about a night shift gentleman, but obviously we're dealing more with them on daytime.

Trabzon is a mountainous area and residential areas are mostly located up on the hills. Same goes with Melissa Suites. Brilliant view from some apartments, but if you'd like to go around, either own vehicle or taxi is mandatory. By foot.... forget it unless you're very fond of having serious exercise type walks.

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Nice air conditioned room, spacious and clean. They asked us if we needed a crib for our infant before we even ask for it. They provided an iron when we needed it. Free Parking is available. Location is about 10 minutes from Meydan.

The place didn’t offer breakfast. As for the location, it’s excellent for people who are looking for a view to enjoy and a quietness for comfortable stay . Medium size shopping markets and restaurants are at 1/2 to 1 km while Trabzon mall is about 1.5 km, though waking is a bit hard as the place is in a mountain area. The apartments are really spacious with big rooms, living area and kitchen full with all amenities, hence highly recommended for families specially. Reception guys, Ali and Deneen, are very very nice, hospitable and helpful, I would sincerely thank them here for what they offered and helped me with.

I like everything about this property especially the superb service that we received from Ali and Deniz, they treated us with total respect and they are very humble and down to earth. We felt like we know them for ever. The cleanness of the property is o overwhelming. We definitely will be recommending this property for others and will be using the same property for an extended period in the future, keep in mind: location, location, and location.

Very new, clean and comfortable rooms. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. And they help me to rent private car for tours. 10-15 minutes to arrive Trabzon airport. Most of the kitchen accessories were available and very new and clean. very nice view for the city and the sea.

The hotel location is far from supermarkets, About 10-15 minutes walking, and the hotel located on a hill. The receptionist offered their own car to transfer the guests and they really help everyone specially the old guests.

The building is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. close to Forum shopping mall. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a short drive. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and sofas. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Deniz who was very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

1-the location was close to meydan, maybe 10 min ride and closer to forum mall. 2- very clean hotel apartment with kitchen and laundry facility.. but no drier. 3- view we got was really nice of the mountains and partly of the ocean.

1- it is hard to go for a walk with elderly in the area as the roads are pretty steep. 2- we went in the rush of summer holidays it took time for taxis to come up there. 3- there is no breakfast service or restaurant in the hotel.
