In general everything was very nice. The room was just as it was in the photos. The room was small (not that much), but despite its small size, the design and furniture arrangement were very good. The room was very useful. There was even a safe, a refrigerator, a TV with internet access. The location was also very good, it was within walking distance to the center, I liked it so much. Breakfast was included, I think there was everything that should be in breakfast. In general, everything was 10/10 for me.

Staff are very good. Specially mr. Yossof who speaks english fluently and helped us to book return bus. Other staff also foik, arzoo and gokhen are good and we talk to them using google translate. Durig our stay, our room were cleaned twice but it may be down daily uppon request. We asked for some dishes and glass for use in the room and mr. Gokhen delivered to us immediately. Also the lump of WC was not ok and mr. Gokhen changed it by a new one. Lights of the room was very good. Clothes rack was big and good. AC worked perfectly and we turn it off at the night Breakfast was good. During the breakfast we enjoied the view of the city and black sea

Difficult to say something that was not good, if i want to scrutinize, i can say it is better the towels be covered in the plastic bag and guests open them by themselves. But regarding the cleanliness of the towels i have to emphasize that the towels were clean.

* I liked the room, fair enough for a solo traveller. * The staff were super cooperative since I came early in the morning and allowed me free breakfast before my stay starts.

* The walls were a bit too thin that I could hear my loud neighbors, they were yelling and screaming, knocking the door at 1am constantly. * Also, daily room cleaning was not available. * Be aware of the hills around the location and get ready for it.

Everything was amazing If I want back to stay in Trabzon no doubt i will choose to stay again in this hotel The staff and the room was clean and comfortable with good price Many restaurants and markets in the street Also there is transportation like bus and taxis easy to go to the city center I really recommend it

it was just amazing, azra hotel is everything you want in a hotel for your vacations, the receptionist are all kind and were very nice to accomodate our early check in time when the room was available, the hotel was clean, the sheets washed the toiletries were perfect, and the breakfast was lovely,the restaurant lady makes the best omelets for sure, the location is great, it is near to a lot of shops restaurant and very close to a mall, and on our return the receptionist again called our taxi for our early departure even if it was veery late at night. all in all if you want to stay in trabzon this is your go to destination !

Location is easily accessible (from/to Meydan, Forum, etc.).. For Transportation: use minivans, strongly recommended: well spread and very cheap. Tell the driver to Bostanci and he will drop you directly at the hotel front door. View from restaurant's terrace is very nice Staff are extremely friendly and cooperative

Room size is suitable for 2 guests only not families. There are no door knob signs for room make-up, everyday you have to request at the reception, and if you forget to tell the receptionist your room will not be cleaned.

rooms were very clean and very spacious. big wardrobe. available parking dedicated for the hotel. very quite and no noise at all. there are a lot of coffeeshops, supermarkets and grocery shops next to the hotel. reasonable price.

Breakfast was very poor and needs to be enhanced a bit. i tried once and next day I decided to have my breakfast outside. only one small elevator in the building and serving 10 floors, so sometime you have to wait a long time to find it free. luckily i was in third floor and i was using the stairs
