The hotel staff created a wonderful memory for me and my family during our trip to the beautiful paradise of Turkey, the lovely city of Trabzon. The reception and hotel team were extremely friendly, serving a varied and full breakfast while following professional hospitality and service etiquette. The hotel had a sea view, and everything met our expectations. The receptionist paid close attention to every detail affecting our comfort and relaxation, making our time truly enjoyable. I am endlessly grateful to all the hotel staff, the hotel management, the receptionist on the first day, the receptionist on the second day, and the hotel kitchen staff.

The owner is wonderful. He speaks guite good English. The location is great for the travrllers- it's close to the aitport and the bus station is also only 10 minutes walk. The Forim shopping center is only 550m away from the hotel. The city center is about 5 km away, but it takes only 30 min walk to get to the main square. The brst breakfast that we had in Turkey within a week .the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was tremendous.

It's a pity that such a nice decor already needs renovation. The slyte is really good but there should be some solution found to get rid of the humidity.

Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Helped us book our excursions and with routes around Trabzon. Many lovely restaurant to eat at. Dolmus bus was nearby which took you into the city, where you can change for other buses to take you to other attractions.

Hotel is on a hill which can be tiring. Apart from that alll was good.

Spacious family room. Separate rooms, two balconies. The room was clean, there was water and tea facilities and a kettle. Nice view of the city from the balcony. There was hot water, shampoo and shower gel. Two TVs, but we didn't use it. The lobby of the hotel is nice and cozy.

In the room for four there were only two sets of towels, we asked for more and administration gave us. The wife felt some smell in the room, possibly from detergent, but he did not annoy me. Several shower gels seemed to have been diluted with water.

The hotel is exceptional, the room was very clean and spacious with a terrace looking to the sea. There was a big fridge and cooking facility (although we did not use the latter). The breakfast was good for a short stay: the plate that was served included the same things (e.g. egg, cheese, olives, sigara börek) with only a slight change of a side dish from one day to another. For lunch/dinner options, there are many restaurants nearby, and the shopping centre (Forum Trabzon) is also an approximately 15-minute-long walk away.

The bathroom was quite small. Also, the location is not the best; with heavy luggage I would definitely recommend to reach the hotel by taxi because of the steep roads leading up to the hill (that's why the rooms have such a great view).

Staff very humble and helpful. Front desk guys all are amazing in terms of there services abdul rehman, meena , and all other guys superb. Food breakfast very good. Room veiw and location all excellent

Bathroom size should be little more bigger

Staff are amazing people, polite, helpful, and decent. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful, flat is pretty clean, supermarket on front, location is beautiful close to everything and quiet place, I really recommend for families.

- New building with elegant design, parking, spacious and shiny apartments with two terraces. - They staff are welcoming and helpful, they offered a free breakfast for the whole group as we have arrived before check in time. In addition, they allowed us to keep our luggage for around 5 days when we traveled to other cities, and I am really grateful for that. You really feel that you are in a safe and secure place, the guys in the reception looked after my baby when he went out the appartement alone. - The lady working in the cook station is so inviting and always smiling. - The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, it has different varieties everyday, there is a cook station where they prepare your preferences of eggs, in addition to assorted cheese, fruits, jams, savories like cheese sticks, french-fries, salads, and desserts as halva and cookies, drinks includes juices, Turkish tea and instant coffee. - The appartement is equipped with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. As well as, shampoo, soaps and towels. - Daily cleaning service is available. - There are cold stores nearby, and few meters away there are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

Areas of imporovements: - There is only a mirror in the bathroom. - Bathroom needs more cleaning, surfaces and walls are steaky and there is mold in some corners. I had to buy a bathroom cleaner spray. Daily cleaning covers replenishment with shampoo and tissue papers only. - It would be better if there are trash bins in the rooms and tissue papers other than the one in the toilette. - Daily cleaning shall include changing bed sheets and beddings daily not just if they got dirty. - Bed sheets are clean but some have old spots. - The facility is located on a hill, it is not a problem if you have a car.
