The hotel staff created a wonderful memory for me and my family during our trip to the beautiful paradise of Turkey, the lovely city of Trabzon. The reception and hotel team were extremely friendly, serving a varied and full breakfast while following professional hospitality and service etiquette. The hotel had a sea view, and everything met our expectations. The receptionist paid close attention to every detail affecting our comfort and relaxation, making our time truly enjoyable. I am endlessly grateful to all the hotel staff, the hotel management, the receptionist on the first day, the receptionist on the second day, and the hotel kitchen staff.

The owner is wonderful. He speaks guite good English. The location is great for the travrllers- it's close to the aitport and the bus station is also only 10 minutes walk. The Forim shopping center is only 550m away from the hotel. The city center is about 5 km away, but it takes only 30 min walk to get to the main square. The brst breakfast that we had in Turkey within a week .the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was tremendous.

It's a pity that such a nice decor already needs renovation. The slyte is really good but there should be some solution found to get rid of the humidity.

Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Helped us book our excursions and with routes around Trabzon. Many lovely restaurant to eat at. Dolmus bus was nearby which took you into the city, where you can change for other buses to take you to other attractions.

Hotel is on a hill which can be tiring. Apart from that alll was good.

Spacious family room. Separate rooms, two balconies. The room was clean, there was water and tea facilities and a kettle. Nice view of the city from the balcony. There was hot water, shampoo and shower gel. Two TVs, but we didn't use it. The lobby of the hotel is nice and cozy.

In the room for four there were only two sets of towels, we asked for more and administration gave us. The wife felt some smell in the room, possibly from detergent, but he did not annoy me. Several shower gels seemed to have been diluted with water.

Clean, good staff, normal/good breakfast. Definitely good value for money

Slight problem is that it’s uphills location and it is hard to drive and park on such upward slope. But it’s possible.

Staff very humble and helpful. Front desk guys all are amazing in terms of there services abdul rehman, meena , and all other guys superb. Food breakfast very good. Room veiw and location all excellent

Bathroom size should be little more bigger

Very nice hotel. Lovely people and staff all very helpful and cheerful. Umeed and specially the lady who handles breakfast very nice. Had a lovely stay.

Staff are amazing people, polite, helpful, and decent. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful, flat is pretty clean, supermarket on front, location is beautiful close to everything and quiet place, I really recommend for families.
