A little additional training for the cleaning staff would be helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable, though offering more variety instead of boiled eggs most days would be appreciated.

Would recommend if you're in Trabson just for a transit. The location was only a few minutes away from the bus terminal. The staff were welcoming despite I arrived at midnight. They let me leave the bags at the front desk until my bus departure time.

Everything was very good, the stuff was very kind very helpful, our room was so clean, calm and comfortable it was larger than I imagined. The breakfast was really good especially the "kısır". the women who works during breakfast time was very kind and smiley. The location is good it is near the city bus station "otogar" you can find many busses there that takes you anywhere. The hotel is great value for the price I really recommend it

I liked everything, LITERALLY! Starting from the delicious traditional breakfast, the comfortable room, the very friendly staff. Our stay was just perfect. I’m coming back again for sure.

friendly and helpful boss, and great location to the bus station! everything was functional and quite clean. as we had an early bus, the boss kindly arranged an early breakfast for us.

The staff at the reception and in restaurant were excellent. The breakfast was very good. Mr. Zafer was very helpful. The only issue is the location of the hotel Which is in the middle of industrial area. The noises outside from 9am is disturbing.

Modern, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful Manager and staff. The location is very convenient for the bus terminal (60 second walk) and the airport (5 min taxi). Property meets expectations as long as you understand that the location is not in the centre of town and is more industrial.

There was occasionally a smell of cigarette smoke coming either from outside or perhaps an adjacent room.

Clean and quiet. A waking distance to Forum Trabzon Mall.

The Staff ( Ramezan+ Hadieh + Mahmoud) were very nice and friendly. Accessibility was very good and it was close to the terminal and airport.

The surronding was industrial and with Auto reapir shops.

Mr Zafir was amazing and super friendly. He helped us in the hotel and with arranging for tours around the city.
