Good value-price rate. Staff helpful, kind and effective. Great Turkish breakfast for only a small price. A spacious private parking lot, especially appreciated in a very busy city with what looks like many more cars than parking spots.

I had difficulties to find the location in spite of using both a navigator and google maps. This is due to the confusing street number, compounded by the absence of street numbers on the buildings. I had a friendly Turkish lady help me out, who called the hotel to get precise instructions. It would be useful to present the address in a format that is transferrable to navigators.

-The property is really close to Trabzon airport and is convenient to reach most locations if you rent a car. -The room was spacious and clean. -Staff were available around the clock and there was no issue in communication. -Theres a parking area right in-front of the hotel as well as an underground one. -Breakfast was repetitive but decent and had variety.

- Sound insulation in the rooms are very poor, so you can literally hear noises from neighboring rooms, or footsteps from the top floors as well as noises from the road, that was the worse aspect of my stay as I got unlucky with noisy guests from other rooms and my room as on the main facade of the hotel.

Perfect location near the central bus station. The room was so comfortable, I thought I booked a suite. The lounge area was so cozy and beautiful decorated and the breakfast was tasty. Also the personnel was beyond helpful. Excellent value for money. I would definately stay there again and I recommend it for everyone with family or solo travelling.

Room with a double bed and single bed is marked for two people only and you have to pay extra for the third person while it perfectly suits three persons! Even the reception agrees that it is made for three… No restaurants around and you only have one option that they work with this hotel.

The hotel is located near the Forum shopping center. If you are going shopping, this will be a very convenient option. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating. If necessary, they will help you with a taxi. The room also lived up to expectations and matched the photos provided. In general, the impressions of staying at the hotel were very good. Especially liked the dining area overlooking the street and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if the occasion arises.

I can only note minor flaws in the cleanliness of the floor.

Very clean, excellent, comfortable bed, wonderful pillows and bed linen. The room was very clean, the room is large and spacious. In the rooms where the windows overlook the street it can be noisy, in the rooms with windows to the courtyard it is quiet.

I don't know what to write, I was satisfied with everything, I would be happy to return to this hotel.

Location of the hotel was quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was served well, just would be better to add some sweets and snacks to drink with tea/coffee. The benefit is the parking space at the -1 floor.

Nice big room with modern facilities. Very good breakfast with nice variety of eggs, cheese & olives. Helpful and friendly staff that try to help with limited English. Wifi was good most of the time. Not very far from town center.

Busy commercial area of mechanics, however it’s easy ride by mini bus to town center. Power was lost one night not sure of reason.

Everything, cleanliness, staff ,basic breakfast but healthy and well prepared special thanks to saleh, karam ,mr fatih and haider .
