Beach front and play area which the kids enjoyed Friendly and helpful receptionist

The hotel is on the main road which is quite busy. The hotel hosts weddings so you may be up until 10:30pm due to the noise. Breakfast is quite minimal, we were charged for an omelette which we did not know was an extra charge till our breakfast was over. No cereal options for kids. The showers are extremely narrow (55-60cm).

Hotel is easy to find on the road nearby Trabzon, infront of the sea. Parking is good and reliable. Room was comfortable and clean, conditioner works well as heater through early spring time. Some noise from the road, but it didnt make much trouble for me. beds are comfortable, shower works well. Internet was ok.

No breakfast option in the morning, may be it happen due to low season.

The smell of the bathroom was not good because there’s no a Ventilate and the housekeeper was not clean the room very well

The view from sea side. Very relaxing. Better to have a car if you want to reach trabzon center. The hotel location mainly the view is good. Breakfast is good and people are cooperative

Minibar was not cold and almost all our fruits spoiled. I told the staff about it with no result. 20 KM far from Trabzon.

The location was fantastic and the new guy in the reception (Muhanad) was very helpful and nice.

The sea-view from the room itself and the location of the hotel by the beach. Abdo, the guy who attended my check-in had been very helpful indeed and upon check-out, he even apologized if there was anything that did not meet my expectation. A good example of a service-oriented staff.

There was a wedding event in the evening by the eating hall downstairs which is close to my room, so I had to stay awake till 10 pm in order to be able to catch my sleep.

The friendly staff (Abdel Razaq) really helped us and made our stay very entertaining and enjoyable. Rooms are clean and comfortable.Breakfast is good too. We have already missed the hotel and Tarabzun and of course if we went to tarabzun again we will definitely book there again.

We didn't like that we haven't spent too much there ,,, we really enjoyed our time there.

Honestly, the staff is very friendly especially Abdel Razzaq from Syria, he was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay in Tarabzun because of him. He made the trip to different places in Tarabzun easy for us and enjoyable. We really wish him the best of luck. The hotel locations and rooms were clean and very good. Also the breakfast was tasty.
