The location of the resort was great, not too far from Milas Airport (approximately 30 minutes ride) and the waterfront the resort is located on is absolutely incredible, not to mention the vast views. We did not need to leave the resort at all because it keeps you busy all day long due to various activities and big size of it. When you check in you are added to a Whatsapp group made specifically for your rooms and they add employees there who speak your preferred languages (for us they added English and Arabic speaking employees) and there you can ask for absolutely anything whether it is to send in more water to the room or to book a restaurant in the resort or to solve any problem you may face, the responses you receive and the delivery of the services were consistently fast and professional. Every morning they send you a message in the group detailing the day's activities and the performances in the event area. The beach was absolutely stunning, the pools were big and clean, there is unlimited Starbucks in the pool area along with drinks and ice cream, not to mention varied juices by the beach. The landscaping was absolutely gorgeous and complemented the sea-views wonderfully. The staff all around the resort were helpful and professional at all times. There are photographers roaming the vicinity at all times and they create a folder for you and can do photoshoots at additional costs. The water-sports are fun and varied at an additional cost. The minibar and snacks in the room are included in the price and are replenished daily.

The food options could have been better at the ala carte restaurants. The plates and cutlery in the main restaurant could've been cleaner. The overall quality of the food was okay but it could've been improved a bit more for a perfect stay. The water from our shower kept leaking out into the room even when we close the shower door firmly before and after. Soundproofing of the rooms is very poor but this is a problem that can happen anywhere. Be sure to keep your room card away from your phone because it will not work afterwards.

Very grand and well looked after, every staff member friendly and helpful, any option was there and available, Lots of different Beach/pool settings so can have a variety of days relaxing. Amazing hotel.

Hard to get an A La Carte booking, 5 nights, managed 1.

The staff, especially Mesut, were incredibly kind and accommodating. We were very comfortable our entire stay. We splurged on a villa with private pool. It was quite luxurious. All of our meals were outstanding. When we ventured to the beach or Privee Beach Club the service was outstanding.

It was cost prohibitive to have friends join us on property. There's an access/entry fee, which we totally understand. However, if we were to rent an over-water bungalow for the day there would've been additional charges. We couldn't justify bungalow rental fee + guest access fee.

Everything was amazing, including the comfort environment, the stuff and the cleanness. I especially loved how it was easy to contact with the stuff we were added to this group that whatever we needed at the moment we were able to text to this group and in less than a few minutes, we will get a response with our needs being met. I truly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the beach area. Everything was super clean, including the room and the outside environment another plus of this hotel was that there were shuttle vehicles, arriving five minutes at a time that would take you to whatever you want, and it was also amazing! I liked how every day they were special concerts and fun activities and in the morning of the day we would receive this schedule for the whole day. Also about the food, I might say that there were a few restaurants inside the hotel, which you could freely snack whenever you want during the day, the restaurant Zaatar was our favorite, Overall, it was a great hotel I think I would love to visit there in the future!🤍

There were only a few things that I didn’t like, first one was the hotels food, even though there were a lot of options for food, and it was great, what we didn’t like was the taste I think everything was super spicy and a bit salty, which is why we mainly ate at Zaatar restaurant, also the hotel’s restaurant was a bit crowded that it was a bit hard to find a place inside to sit, but still, we would manage to find a spot to sit inside with the help of the restaurant staff.

This is our second stay in this hotel and every time we are obsessed with everything from cleanliness to service. Affordable luxury hotel with such a great view and activities for kids. We had a great experience in Privee beach with Ceren Ozturk playing tarbuka. It was so much fun. We couldn’t even see any cons. Yet you guys better bring an iron with u since its not free to rent one. Other than that my kids didn’t want to leave such a peaceful and at the same time funny place. Special thanks to Yasemin in Turkish Hammam who helped me to have a good time in Spa :)

The hotel is amazing. With a few improvements, it can easily turn into a luxury resort. It's the perfect place to get inside and spend 3 or 4 days just relaxing. Despite the many pools, we always went to the hotel beach (cristal clear water). The bar is 10 steps aways, as well as 1 of the hotel restaurants. The rooms have an incredible view and the beds are extremely confortable. We chose one with balcony (instead of patium direct to the pool) for some privacy, which turn out to be perfect with the inside jacuzzi and the view. The food is not luxurious, but very tasty and with many different options. Has we don't have kids, I can't evaluate the options for kids, but there's a day care from 8am to 11pm, a store with many toys, including water toys, and a pool for kids with waterslides. Next to the pools there's an icecream house (delicious!). The SPA is amazing! We actually chose the VIP treatment (3 hours of several treatments) and it was soooo worth it! The hotel staff is very friendly. Many don't speak fluent english, but they always find a way to comunicate and we met very nice people. The whole thing works through whatsapp: you are welcomed by your host and from the moment you are shown to your room, you can contact the host via WhatsApp 24 hours a day. Everyday I asked for parties or schedules of something, etc...they answered right away. The hotel has activities the whole day (beach sports, ioga in the morning, games tournaments, live music, etc). We were sad there was no "crazy" beach party on that weekend, but the live music in the terrace was pretty cool. We spent an amazing 3 days weekend there. Thank you very much to the staff that was always so friendly and making us feel very welcome.

The staff at BePremium were fantastic - it didn’t matter who it was, what their job was - every person was beyond attentive. And if something wasn’t to our liking or something went wrong (which can happen!), they addressed it and fixed it immediately, whether it was a big deal or not. They create a personalized WhatsApp group with you and they are personally available from 8am till midnight, and then there’s always the front desk. The food was also very good overall but especially at the buffet restaurant.

When you’re staying at a top resort like this and 99% of the things are great, it’s human nature to pay more attention to the 1%. I think the only thing I would say is that the additional services which are provided my independent companies (not owned by BePremium) such as the shops onsite, their prices are a little ridiculous. I mean you always expect to pay more at a resort than at the mall but they were definitely pushing it. I bought a small ball (really - it fit the palm of an adult man) for my 1.5year old son for €30! I first thought he said €13, which was still expensive but acceptable - I nearly passed out when I heard €30. And I couldn’t give it back because my son already ran off with the ball 😅

This was by far the best all-inclusive resort I’ve experienced in Turkey, and it truly deserves a detailed review. Highlights: One of the standout aspects was the personalized service. We had what felt like a personal butler throughout our stay — the incredible Seray — who made our trip exceptional. She handled our check-in, escorted us to our room, and set up a WhatsApp group where she promptly took care of all our needs. Even when a minor issue arose, she arrived within minutes to resolve it. The efficiency and attentiveness were impressive. The resort itself is stunning and seems to have undergone recent renovations. The views are breathtaking, especially the sunsets, which were simply unforgettable. During our stay, the occupancy was low, so the service felt even more attentive, and the beaches and pools were uncrowded. With at least three beaches spread across the property, guests were well dispersed, adding to the sense of relaxation. Another pleasant surprise was the alcohol selection. The resort offered international brands rarely seen in Turkish all-inclusive packages — some were even surprising to find included. Above all, the service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member was friendly and eager to help. While not everyone spoke English fluently, they always did their best to assist. The entertainment was on a whole different level compared to typical all-inclusive resorts. Rather than cheap shows, they featured professional DJs, musicians, impressive lighting and sound systems, and talented dancers — a true highlight of the evenings.

Feedback for the hotel: The food was very good, though not quite amazing. We didn’t have the chance to try the five à la carte restaurants due to time constraints and instead dined at the main restaurant. While many dishes were excellent — with some among the best I’ve ever tasted — the overall seafood variety could be improved. Desserts were also very good, but not outstanding. Another area for improvement is the lack of blackout curtains in the rooms, which could be inconvenient for guests who prefer sleeping in. Additionally, the resort would greatly benefit from having an adults-only swimming pool, offering a quieter space for those seeking a more peaceful experience.
