The hotel is located in a small bay with its own beach, the bay is calm and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, renovated and with everything needed for comfortable vacation. The territory of the hotel is very well cared and beautiful. Cleaning is pretty good. Nice food for snacks, tasty turkish pizzas.

The variety of food was good, but taste and quality are not always good. Variety of fruits was very poor. Also I didn’t like the situation upon check in. First I was given very very old room somewhere in the back of the hotel, but it was changed to a good one after I complained. The staff was not very attentive and friendly.

The wine was absolutely dreadful .Im not a wine connoisseur but it really was dreadful. For the price of the holiday they could provide better wine. I have been on many all inclusive and never not been able to drink the wine. The hotel opposite had very loud music it was mentioned in a lot of reviews. Trust it is loud and gos on late

I stayed 8 nights and my room had been cleaned every day. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very polite and interested. Everywhere in hotel is close to each other and the rooms are very close to the sea.

Some days the food variety was poor, but it got better later. I prefer this hotel for sand beach but there are stones when entering the sea. It may hurt your foots. There is another hotel across the bay and the music volume is too loud. You cannot sit near the sea in the evenings due to high volume.

Please note that the minus are very very negligible for our overall very good experience: The volleyball field is remote and not very "welcoming" The main restaurant might be overcrowded in high season, pools and beach area could be so too, sunbeds are close to each other Guests are allowed to reserve the sunbeds with their towels in early morning, a high standard hotel could take measures against such "redneck" behaviour Value for money seems really less good from June to September, prices increase a lot The beach is oriented Northwards, the sun could be low and disappear too early from September

- Everything was perfect , Location , Staff , facilities , entertainment and variety of food. - Photos do not show how the beauty of this place - A lot of facilities and everything you request it you will find it

- All the staff were perfect except one in the reception did not smile or try to help at all. - Internet is good overall but as the resort is big you will might face slowness or disconnection when you move around specially on the beach. - The AC is somehow old , I booked a big room and it did not get colder at all by keeping the AC working 24 hours. However, it is good stay , you will see things did not see before , the service , food , bars and staff were perfect and I would back again to this resort and this comment to make it more perfect.

Excellent hotel with excellent service all round! Food was good in the buffet area with different specials every evening. Pool area was really good and had an adult only pool too, when you wanted a more relaxing swim. Cleaners did a fantastic job as the room and hotel was really clean, restaurant and bar staff were great too, shout out to Faruk! Entertainment was good and not overbearing around the pool, Serkan is a real asset to the team and hotel, he took time to walk around and talk to all the guests and was really friendly and high energy individual!

Thet need to build a cat hotel/area in the resort for all the cute cats around! This isn't really a negative ha, but more a suggestion ha! :)

It’s was a great property with beautiful view and clean pools and great foods.

Night internment was not as good as was excepted but overall ok.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! April is a great time to visit Turkey—it’s not crowded yet, making it more peaceful. All the staff were very polite, including the cats 😄. There is a wide variety of food and drinks for everyone! The à la carte restaurant wasn’t open yet (it opens in May), but the main restaurant had plenty of delicious options to choose from. On behalf of our family, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Food could be a touch hotter. I would like to go for longer walks to explore the surroundings, but that’s not possible because there are gates and walls everywhere. So the only way to get anywhere is by taxi or bus.

clean beach with clear and calm water full of fish to watch, beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staff, very beautiful landscaping and flowers every where , super big dining area and buffet with so many options to choose , beautiful white villas with balcony and flowers around it. I got a Turkish bath and massage which was wonderful and the name of the lady helped me was Rose. whatever i say is not enough to describe the beauty of the place .

slow wifi, a little bit far from the city center but with the taxi is about 7-10 min. it's an all inclusive hotel and resort so don't expect to have stores and shopping centers around it because for the size hotel has, it has to be a little outside of the city but as i noticed all big hotels in Bodrum are far from the city center since the city itself is a boutique city and very unique. the pools are not heated so be prepared, although we stayed there in May and i think between June to September they should be fine.

Very attentive staff who were all friendly and welcoming. The staff were great with our little one too! Amenities were good especially the activities held for children and adults too! - this worked great when the weather wasn't on our side.

Food choices were limited for vegetarians and poorly labelled in the buffet. As we went just at the end of the off season, it meant that the a la carte restaurants were not yet open. Minor down side to the double bed given came with two single bed duvets which was a bit annoying. Bathroom also had a funny smell to it but was otherwise clean.
