The long beachside walk and almost all day food and refreshments

A boy who was approximately 7 years old pooped in the pool intentionally. First day no one knew who was it and then the guard only removed the poop with a net. Second day luckily i saw the boy doing it i told him to get out of the pool then i called the guard. They also only took the poop out without talking to the child. In such case they need to clean the water well also tell the boy he is not allowed to do that

Staff are excellent, professional, responsive, and very respectful. They wouldn't hesitate helping as and when needed. The Entertainment team in general, and Nida (the yoga instructor) in particular, are excellent in doing their best to ensure the guests have a great time. Also, we had a few requests, which were honored upon asking making out experience more memorable and joyful.

Whilst the quality and flavour of the food was very good, but the food was the same everyday (same for lunch and dinner). This may be OK for a 3-day stay, but when resort stay is longer (6 days/7nights in our case), food gets quite boring. Last few days we didn't feel like eating in the restaurant any more. From previous experience saying in other all-inclusive resorts, creating variety in food is key. Also, the only choice for eating apart from the "fast food" restaurant, which isn't really recommended, was the main buffet.

Duja Bodrum, exceeded our expectations and we read reviews before coming here and I’ve to say, most of the negative reviews aren’t true. Yes, we checked in and the first person, Umut, who greeted us wasn’t the most helpful nor warm, but the moment Ardha stepped in to help us settle in the most lovely room with the most amazing view. The waiters and staff that we met along the way were the most welcoming and lovely people. Special shoutout to Furkhan, Ishan (Charles), the lovely girl who made omelettes daily for breakfast and Mehmet. The staff were mostly lovely. Great facilities from a mini market, to hair salon, Turkish shave, their own Starbucks, many restaurants and cafes to choose from and the spread was amazing. Not only in variety but in quality. We are a family of four with 2 children below the age of 10, there is something for every age. There is a section for only adults, the rest is for everyone and anyone. Stations of food and drinks were spread around the resort, so nothing is too far away. With water sports and activities that can be booked at the hotel. We did a boat trip for island hopping by the company Brothers Boat Trip. Safe and amazing. We would definitely come back.

The view, the lay out of the resort, the entertainment, the food, the rooms are big, how clean was every where, all the facilities, the spa centre was great.

during breakfast and dinner times on busy days their was not enough staff to bring water and tea to our table even when we asked for it.

We caned on bayram…and people was not enough to serve so many ppl..there was big turn to all bars…for cocktail was waiting 20 minutes..Buggy service has to drive always on territory in mine opinion!

Amazing stay at Duja Bodrum. The hotel is really big with a lot of facilities everywhere . Plenty of food and beverages outlets scattered throughout the hotel with a very good variety. All staff members are very nice and helpful. I will not mention names as all are literally amazing. In brief, we would definitely come back if we are assured of getting a newer room.

The room. We were given a room in the old blocks of the hotel and they turned out to be really old and would definitely need an urgent renovation. Newer rooms were all full so we couldn’t change it

Everything about our stay was great, the food was delicious and had nice variety. We liked the indoor pool, the activities for kids, and the live music program in the evenings.

Our stay at Duja Bodrum was fantastic, and it was our second time here! A big highlight was reconnecting with Oksana from guest relations, who made our stay so memorable. She was incredibly helpful, assisting us with restaurant bookings and offering great advice on exploring the area. For my mom's birthday, Oksana went above and beyond by organizing a surprise cake, which the restaurant waiters served—it truly made the day extra special! Another great experience was our boat trip to the Aegean islands, arranged through Gokan. The trip was very affordable for a 5-6 hour journey and included transfer and a meal, making it an excellent value. This was one of the highlights of our vacation! The hotel overall was beautiful, with excellent amenities and friendly, attentive service.

The only small issue we had was with our room, a Village Room, which includes stairs. My mom has knee pain, so navigating the stairs was a bit challenging. However, we were aware of this setup before we arrived, so it wasn’t unexpected, just something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns.

She arranged a special Italian dinner for us ( all complimentary) as there were limited veg options Too many activities lined up for kids whole day through .

It’s little on the outskirts So if u have to travel to centre of the town the shuttle charges 10 euro for round trip Most day trip agencies won’t do the pickup from hotel unless u book from hotel desk . Which is slightly expensive
