Good location away from the hustle and bustle of town. Good breakfast buffet (lots of choices). Nice and very spacious room. Multiple pools that are very large with good pool service. Nice and well-maintained grounds with lush vegetation.

The staff needs to be better trained, especially receptionists and breakfast servers. While they were mostly kind and helpful, there was often a language barrier and it was difficult to communicate. But again, they were kind and friendly so that makes up for it.

I received outstanding service at Hotel Hillstone Bodrum. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Necati, a very kind gentleman with impeccable manners. Everything was handled flawlessly, and the staff made sure I wanted for nothing. The female team members were incredibly sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I was continuously assisted by Necati, Kader, Ayse, and Leyla, and truly every detail was taken care of. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Necati, Ayoub, Kader, Ayse, Leyla, Fatma and all the staff for making my holiday so wonderful and providing such impeccable service. I truly had two perfect weeks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful yet exceptional stay. Everything is clean, professional, and all the staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff made for a brilliant and relaxing stay in Bodrum. Buse was an excellent host and ready to answer any questions we have. The spa and fitness centre (with a reformer machine) was a bonus for us and the packages were well priced too. Mehmet was also lovely to us and very attentive, we wish him all the best for his future!

Breakfast options were a bit more limited than we are used to, but the fresh omelettes made up for it. Pool area can get difficult to find a space when busy but luckily was quiet when we first arrived. Little bit of a language barrier at times, but did our best to translate!

Everything was amazing A beautiful clean,cozy and relaxing hotel .the view was perfect! The staff is so helpful and very kind! Special thanks to serma from guest relations, we had a small problem with the room and she made sure we had a good time, upgraded our room and every day asked how the stay was and how she could improve our experience at the hotel. We were with children, the children had a great time even though there are no slides but there is a pool and large grassy area for playing and a snooker table, we didn't have to run after them in a huge hotel and look for them among dozens of children, Everything was close. We will definitely be back

They need to slightly improve the flavors in drinks and cocktails, and to diversify meals more. Not that it wasn't tasty, but there is room for improvement

The staff were the best thing about it - in partially Ayse, Leyla and Soner. They went above and beyond and were always a friendly face. The view from the hotel was great, the hotel has a capacity of 96 I believe so it wasn’t packed with people so we have nice privacy whilst also being able to meet new people. The room was great: big bed, big bath. Even though it’s not in the city centre, it’s a 5 minute drive for less than 200tl Great peeling and massages downstairs with a jacuzzi

This isn’t a point for the hotel as much as for Bodrum, it is pretty expensive.

Everything was excellent. The facilities are very good, we enjoy the pools ( outside and inside), the breakfast was fantastic and the stuff was all the time available and willing to help you. Very clean also. Nice view. I strongly recommend it.!

Everything was perfect. If they can prove something is that it is a summer Hotel and because they have many tourists guests the stuff can improve their english. A little bit, just to communicate with the guests.

To be honest I can’t say anything negative about the hotel it’s really nice we enjoyed our stay everything was nice the room the spa the breakfast the staff specially Aisha and Kader as soon as we come start our breakfast she comes with my tea pot tbh all the staff was helpful Hamza was amazing Swimming pool was wow room was amazing One thing I would like to say sometimes the room has a weird smell and the door for the shower needs to be fixed 1405 otherwise all good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I was blown away by the exceptional service! A huge shoutout to AYSE, who was an absolute delight from start to finish. Their warm welcome and attentive care made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Thanks to Ayse for making my stay truly unforgettable! This hotel is wonderful and I would highly recommend you stay here if you are alone, in a couple, small or large group It is a 10 mins or slightly less taxi ride to the strip where al the shops and restaurants are or a 25mins walk if you feeling fit Facilities are great Staff are super friendly, polite and helpful It is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Bodrum but far enough to allow you to relax stress free It is a spacious hotel so it won't feel overcrowd or too busy , there is something very peaceful about this place Breakfast is fantastic a great mix of Turkish and continental options great value for money They have a free shuttle to a beach which beautiful
