We had an absolutely amazing experience at Blue Dream Resort Ultra All Inclusive in Bodrum–Torba! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed—even helping us get diapers for our baby from outside. That kind of care is rare and truly appreciated. During our stay, our baby unfortunately got sick, and the hotel staff didn’t hesitate for a second—they arranged transportation and personally made sure we got to the hospital safely. On top of that, they went out again at night to pick up the necessary medicine from a pharmacy in the city center and brought it straight to our room. Their kindness, responsibility, and quick support during such a stressful moment meant the world to us. The food was fantastic, especially at the à la carte Italian restaurant—delicious dishes and a lovely ambiance! We also had so much fun at the pool with the daily activities and entertainment, which kept things lively and enjoyable for the whole family. With more than four bars around the resort, we indulged in a wide variety of drinks and cocktails throughout the day and night. What made it even better was that they also offered fun and fancy non-alcoholic drinks for kids, which made our little ones feel just as special. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The level of care, hospitality, and attention to detail went far beyond our expectations. recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 5-star resort in Turkey and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious — a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes that catered to every taste. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and the ambiance made for a perfect relaxing holiday. A special shoutout to the hotel spa — the massages were some of the best I’ve ever had! It was the ultimate relaxation experience. Most importantly, I want to thank Zarina, the amazing Guest Relations Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly during my stay. She even shared her WhatsApp number to assist with any questions or concerns, and she kindly arranged my taxi transfers as well. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. Thank you for an unforgettable experience — I’ll definitely be back!

Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. The boss, Borat was exceptionally good towards all the guess. I would highly recommend Blue Dreams to anyone wanting a relaxed but exciting resort to in. we will definitely be back.

Me and my wife spent our honeymoon at this great hotel. I really enjoyed the facilities from the spa and the infinity pool to the bars and shows that were there every day. Above all, the staff made our stay exceptional - I would like to callout facilities manager Zarina, our waitress Madina at A la carte restaurant and our cleaning lady (who is wearing a white headscarf) who were extremely kind and hospitable, making sure we are not wanted for anything! I would like to also callout reception area from a woman who gave us a nice upgrade when she learnt it was our honeymoon. Beyond these people, everyone we interacted with from parking and bell boys to bar managers - everyone was super kind and welcoming which I really appreciated.

Nothing that comes to mind immediately, however from the beach point of view I wish it was less rocky and more sandy. Cause we were bumping in on stones when we were swimming. This is a more geographical thing which I understand, but perhaps one to keep in mind in terms of improvement. Outside of this, everything was superb!

Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool and the glorious Aegean sea with very little noise coming into the room, perfect. The food everywhere was incredible and so were all the staff If you get an opportunity, you must book or even pre-book the private Cabana area where you are waited on throughout your stay. If you want fun and enjoyment, or just recovering and need space and privacy, this hotel offers it all If you need anything more, simply speak to the manager Mr Burak, he was never far away, day and night and willing to help at all times.

A very special thank you to Burak, the hotel manager who went above and beyond and truly made our trip unforgettable. He made us feel so special, like we were the only guests at the hotel. His kindness, attention to detail, and warmth turned a great stay into a perfect one. We’re genuinely so grateful. The food was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious dishes every day. The entertainment was fun, lively, and added so much joy to our nights. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or enjoying the beach, there’s always something to love. Number one in term of customer service. I was amazed about how they take care of their customer.. After 2-3 hours of my check in Mr. Burak Koç , Resort GM, surprised me because of his WhatsApp message checking if everything is alright. He also didn’t stop asking me to provide us with some free services. One day I saw him helping workers to carry dirty towels, then I understand why everybody work with him are hard worker because of their leader. Keep it up Burak👌🏼👍🏼

This is a beautiful property with lots of activities. Entertainment team was amazing. There was a different show every night. A la carte restaurants were better than the main restaurant. Beyzanur from Guest Relations was amazing. She is the reason of us having a hassle free holiday. She was instrumental in booking restaurants, organizing our day and she was there whenever we needed help. I can not imagine roaming around this huge resort without her help. Thank you Beyza, you made a huge difference!

1- Infinity pool was closed for almost a day due to someone (probably a kid) dirtying. They had to do a clean up for a day. We heard that this happened few times through out the summer. My suggestion would be not to allow young kids and toddlers in this pool. There is a seperate pool for them anyway. 2- main restaurant utensils and plates need to be cleaned thoroughly. They were all dirty. We had to clean our own plates before putting any food on them. 3- towels should be washed everyday. Maybe they are being washed in a quick run but they were all salty.

The hotel is exceptional, food is very good, the room was extremely comfortable and the views are just amazing. On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Mr Burak the general manager of the hotel for making our stay at Blue Dreams resort an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, We want to Thank him once again for his incredible hospitality, professionalism, and warmth. We are leaving with wonderful memories, and without a doubt, we highly recommend this hotel to all people who like care and attention.
