Me and my wife spent our honeymoon at this great hotel. I really enjoyed the facilities from the spa and the infinity pool to the bars and shows that were there every day. Above all, the staff made our stay exceptional - I would like to callout facilities manager Zarina, our waitress Madina at A la carte restaurant and our cleaning lady (who is wearing a white headscarf) who were extremely kind and hospitable, making sure we are not wanted for anything! I would like to also callout reception area from a woman who gave us a nice upgrade when she learnt it was our honeymoon. Beyond these people, everyone we interacted with from parking and bell boys to bar managers - everyone was super kind and welcoming which I really appreciated.

Nothing that comes to mind immediately, however from the beach point of view I wish it was less rocky and more sandy. Cause we were bumping in on stones when we were swimming. This is a more geographical thing which I understand, but perhaps one to keep in mind in terms of improvement. Outside of this, everything was superb!

This is a beautiful property with lots of activities. Entertainment team was amazing. There was a different show every night. A la carte restaurants were better than the main restaurant. Beyzanur from Guest Relations was amazing. She is the reason of us having a hassle free holiday. She was instrumental in booking restaurants, organizing our day and she was there whenever we needed help. I can not imagine roaming around this huge resort without her help. Thank you Beyza, you made a huge difference!

1- Infinity pool was closed for almost a day due to someone (probably a kid) dirtying. They had to do a clean up for a day. We heard that this happened few times through out the summer. My suggestion would be not to allow young kids and toddlers in this pool. There is a seperate pool for them anyway. 2- main restaurant utensils and plates need to be cleaned thoroughly. They were all dirty. We had to clean our own plates before putting any food on them. 3- towels should be washed everyday. Maybe they are being washed in a quick run but they were all salty.

The resort offers a truly enjoyable holiday experience. We were assigned guest relations manager (Ms Zarina) who was incredibly accommodating and efficient, always willing to go the extra mile and consistently exceeding expectations. For example, we were greeted upon arrival, and they kept the restaurant open when we arrived late from the airport upon prior request. When a child had an accident, the nurse attended promptly. We were also upgraded to a deluxe room, which offered a very nice view from the balcony of the infinity pool and sea. Queries from guests were handled quickly and professionally, making us feel valued and well cared for throughout our stay. The main restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options catering to all dietary preferences. While the breakfast menu could be enhanced-especially the oat porridge-the overall dining experience was excellent. Some staff members do not speak English, but most were able to understand our needs and were very accommodating and friendly. The pools were lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Although some facilities were not open due to the beginning of the season, there was still plenty to enjoy. The spa and indoor pool were very nice and clean. The views from the resort were fantastic, and there were numerous bars and snack areas, with some bars even open 24 hours. Entertainment options were great for both kids and adults, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the restaurant open even at midnight. Overall, the resort is a wonderful choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, with standout service and plenty of amenities to make your stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Dreams Resort! Both our rooms were upgraded to deluxe, which was a lovely surprise. A huge thank you to Zarina for her outstanding service. Zarina helped with everything from extra bedding to organizing dinner and transport. The Infinity pool is beautiful, and our kids loved the Snack bar. The Tea Garden was perfect for relaxing, and we all enjoyed the dart game near the Infinity pool. The bouncy castle near the restaurant was a great touch too!

Waterpark opened only on our last day, so kids didn’t get to enjoy it fully. No clear entertainment schedule; we didn't know some activities were happening.

We went there too early, several venues are under maintenance for the high season. Next time we learned to book for at least by end of June

I really liked living here, it is quiet and enjoyable. The thing I loved most was the kind and responsible behavior of the beautiful Zarena❤️. She helped us with everything. Whatever we needed, we found her ready.

Our trip started with free room upgrade: we’ve got a bigger room with amazing sea view, fuit plate and a bottle of wine. Possibly, majority of rooms have sea view though, because the hotel is located on several levels on the hill, but there are elevators to help you get around and to the beach. The sea was amazing with crystal clear water and a lot of fish. There are several entrances into the deep water from the stairs, but when it was windy and wavy it wat not safe to enter because of the rocks. There's one usual sandy beach which was fine to use even during windy time. The food in the main restaurant was not bad, but dinners were very tasty, same as dinners in a la carte restaurants. You can always find snacks, fuits and ice cream during the day. Evening shows were always entertaining, at least we didn’t get bored during a week of stay. Bodrum city is like 15 min away by taxi, there’s also a bus but be ready to walk up the hill a little to the bus stop. My mom had birthday and Zarina from guest services helped us to make this day unforgetable and she also organized a little evening celebration. We also visited spa several times - all the massages were amazing! Special thanks to Yakup who was very attentive and helping on every visit. And of course there are a lot of cats on the territory :)

WiFi was super unstable, which can be good if you want a getaway vacation :) it almost never worked in the room, it worked sporadically on the beach, but it was mostly fine near the main restaurant/tea garden area. The coffee in tea garden was super bitter and felt burnt, the one in the restaurant was okay. Probably, it's just a matter of taste though. Water was always getting to bathroom floor after showering - some protective rubber on the sides of the door would fix the issue. Too much plastic waste is produced. There are some recycling bins on the territory but the staff is putting all the plastic bottles and cups into the common waste bins.

+ great food, changing daily with lots of fresh vegetables + tasty cocktails and drinking water available everywhere + whole hotel complex area (great to have a walk, nice greenery, friendly cats and a dog) + seaside (amazing if you like snorkeling - lots of rocks and sea creatures) + hotel staff (WhatsApp service with the designated Guest Relations representative - thank you Zarina for keeping us informed and taking care of us)

- pricey additional activities (water sports, cabana packages, spa) - dangerous ladders to enter the sea (some of the steps are missing or are really slippery) - gym (open only from 9am, no A/C, no dumbbells between 2.5 and 10kg, faulty cross-trainer) - you can see that the hotel is a bit old - a bit dirty (mostly because of the guests behavior, but the staff could pay more attention) - cutlery (knives were extremely bland)

We had a great time at this property! There are several different areas where you can relax and enjoy your time. I’d say it’s a great choice for families. There are plenty of spots to grab food and drinks all over the resort. The à la carte restaurants were good, while the buffet offered a nice variety of options to suit different tastes. Each night, there’s a new entertainment show, which really adds to the experience and keeps things fun. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Zarina and the team at the spa. Zarina went above and beyond, upgrading our room at no extra cost (even though our original room was already great). She also booked a cabana for us and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The spa staff were super friendly, and one of the guys even gave us a discount on treatments, which was a nice touch. All in all, the service was top-notch, and we left feeling relaxed and pampered. Would definitely recommend!

One thing to keep in mind is that the property is quite large, so if you don’t enjoy walking or have mobility concerns, it might be something to consider—especially if you’re traveling with young children. We had a pushchair for our baby and managed just fine, but there are areas with a lot of stairs, which can sometimes make it a bit challenging. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s worth noting for anyone who might have mobility restrictions.
