The hotel grounds are beautiful, with well maintained garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. As I forgot to bring my swimming suit, the hotel staff has driven me to a hotel next door to buy a swimming suit and waited for me to try out and then drove me back, all free of charge. The food in all there restaurants are very good, probably one of the best in my 14 days stay in Turkey. During my stay, all my diet restrictions are fully taken care of. On the day of my checkout, I have to leave at 6 am to catch an early flight and the hotel restaurant is not opened yet. The hotel has prepared a very nice breakfast box for me with smoked salmon, eggs, gluten free toast, orange juice, coffee and fruits. There was so much food that it lasted me till dinner!

it was a unique experience. it was not like any other vacation. wonderful hotel with lots of facilities. all staff are friendly, helpful, and english-speaking. Susona hotel creates a different world for couple of days of vacation.

I particularly liked staff's kindness, awareness and attention. We had very rude and loud neighbours who would show absolutely no respect. Senior management proposed us to move into a bigger room at no charge. I think the senior management put a very heavy (and welcomed) importance on their guest experience. Thanks again to all involved, my family and me will always be grateful for your kind offer. Really recommended.

During the breakfast, some waiters may have a tendency to forget orders. Not a big deal but definitely something they could be improving upon. But anyway, we are in vacation after all and I have no problem taking a bit more time having my breakfast.

We stayed at Susona for one week for our daughter’s first birthday and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. All the staff members were so friendly and always there to help and made our stay exceptional, especially, front office manager Baris Kayserilioglu was always there to make our stay so comfortable. We travelled all over the world but Susona’s staff’s service was at a different level and I would like to say massive thank you to all of them. Especially, Baris, Eyup, Barut, staff from breakfast restaurant and reception. We would definitely love to go back in the near future. Thanks from Irfan & family (especially baby Dua)

Everything perfect. Super location, great views, excellent service, quiet atmosphere with sophisticated guests (we have been there mid of October)

There are only two things we did not like at all: 1.) There are ladders from the wooden piers to the sea. These ladders provide only one step unter the water surface. This is a no go and must be fixed. If you come out of the water you need to knee on the first ladder otherwise you never can't go out of the sea. There must be at least 5 or 6 steps unter the water surface to ensure save entry both ways. 2.) Despite the fact that the area is calm and quiet there is a lot of disco noise coming from other clubs at the other side of the bay. Mainly between 21:00 and 1:00am. Not nice.

Gorgeous location, gorgeous hotel and exceptional staff! Loved it

The check in was seamless and very attentive staff. The hotel concierge took us for a tour of the hotel and assisted us with our luggage. The room is well decorated and the bathroom stunning. With most of the amenities available except bath salt and bubble bath.also there is limited space to hand your towels although the bathroom was spacious enough. Some days it was difficult to get hot water though the taps we did note this and the engineer came out but this problem seem to be more in the morning than during the day. We had a junior suite with a pool . The pools not heated and we were here in April which is a pity it was very unusable. Also the rooms throughout are not very private especially the pool area of the rooms . Breakfast has a stunning view we didn’t get the name of the tallish slightly older than the rest staff he was excellent in service, the Turkish breakfast was quite scrumptious and adequate for a few people to share . We tried other options from the menu and were very disappointed at the quality of the food. The omelette was dry . As the days passed we seem to get less food and began been ignored by the staff on the last day we had to ask three times for a cup of coffee and tea and our waiter just disappeared. The day we were checking out no one was available to assist us at 7am even though breakfast started at 7am. Diner we tried twice a bit overpriced and limited options with lots of food options with cooked in wine, but a decent meal from the choices we had. We decided to venture to the city for better opinions . The gym is well equipped and so is the spa. Not much sandy beaches at this hotel so if you looking for something like that you would be disappointed. Overall the jetties and small family beach as peaceful at the time we were there, although we suspect over the summer it would be very crowded but the hotel has a fewer rooms in total so it won’t be unbearable.
