The hotel grounds are beautiful, with well maintained garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. As I forgot to bring my swimming suit, the hotel staff has driven me to a hotel next door to buy a swimming suit and waited for me to try out and then drove me back, all free of charge. The food in all there restaurants are very good, probably one of the best in my 14 days stay in Turkey. During my stay, all my diet restrictions are fully taken care of. On the day of my checkout, I have to leave at 6 am to catch an early flight and the hotel restaurant is not opened yet. The hotel has prepared a very nice breakfast box for me with smoked salmon, eggs, gluten free toast, orange juice, coffee and fruits. There was so much food that it lasted me till dinner!

Excellent service at the Pool Club. The Pool Club Manager, Cennet, Andac, and Alp made a lasting impression with their great communication skills, friendliness, and dedication to service. The atmosphere was always wonderful every time we arrived at the restaurant, and all our wishes were fulfilled with a smile and true customer service spirit. Breakfast service was first-class thanks to the entire staff, but we got to know Cennet and Ahmet especially well due to their outstanding service. Our time at Susona was unforgettable, and we will definitely return – especially because of the amazing staff. Thank you much, 10/5.

it was a unique experience. it was not like any other vacation. wonderful hotel with lots of facilities. all staff are friendly, helpful, and english-speaking. Susona hotel creates a different world for couple of days of vacation.

We stayed at Susona for one week for our daughter’s first birthday and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. All the staff members were so friendly and always there to help and made our stay exceptional, especially, front office manager Baris Kayserilioglu was always there to make our stay so comfortable. We travelled all over the world but Susona’s staff’s service was at a different level and I would like to say massive thank you to all of them. Especially, Baris, Eyup, Barut, staff from breakfast restaurant and reception. We would definitely love to go back in the near future. Thanks from Irfan & family (especially baby Dua)

Susona- The best hotel in Bodrum!It is really fits the Luxury category.The territory is chic,clean, drowning all with flowers. The rooms are stylish, large in size.And what kind of breakfast do they have !They are unique. Upper class!And most importantly, the people who are working there.The entire staff is so friendly, and exceptionally all!!You come to this hotel and feel self like at home!In general professionalism in all respects of all staff.This is a small paradise! I want to go back there again and again!! I love you my second home ♥️🙏

The check in was seamless and very attentive staff. The hotel concierge took us for a tour of the hotel and assisted us with our luggage. The room is well decorated and the bathroom stunning. With most of the amenities available except bath salt and bubble bath.also there is limited space to hand your towels although the bathroom was spacious enough. Some days it was difficult to get hot water though the taps we did note this and the engineer came out but this problem seem to be more in the morning than during the day. We had a junior suite with a pool . The pools not heated and we were here in April which is a pity it was very unusable. Also the rooms throughout are not very private especially the pool area of the rooms . Breakfast has a stunning view we didn’t get the name of the tallish slightly older than the rest staff he was excellent in service, the Turkish breakfast was quite scrumptious and adequate for a few people to share . We tried other options from the menu and were very disappointed at the quality of the food. The omelette was dry . As the days passed we seem to get less food and began been ignored by the staff on the last day we had to ask three times for a cup of coffee and tea and our waiter just disappeared. The day we were checking out no one was available to assist us at 7am even though breakfast started at 7am. Diner we tried twice a bit overpriced and limited options with lots of food options with cooked in wine, but a decent meal from the choices we had. We decided to venture to the city for better opinions . The gym is well equipped and so is the spa. Not much sandy beaches at this hotel so if you looking for something like that you would be disappointed. Overall the jetties and small family beach as peaceful at the time we were there, although we suspect over the summer it would be very crowded but the hotel has a fewer rooms in total so it won’t be unbearable.
