Location was great, hotel's beach was also great with excellent sea/water. Being all inclusive there is something to eat or drink at all times even at the beach. Room was nice and clean

Staff lacks management and professionalism. You could see group of workers chatting to each other than serving customers. Facilities are slightly dated, and could be cleaner. Food is hit and miss, probably 3 out of 10 dishes were nice so you have to find it.

Its centrally located and has beautiful views of the sunrise and the sunset. And generally you feel like you are in Santorini greece. But besides that also the views of the place is breathtaking. Out of a postcard. We enjoyed every single day of our stay. Very close to the Marina and Gumbit area. The rooms are small but nice and clean beachy vibes. We prefered the rooms close to the beach. 5104 & 5102 which were on the 3rd floor were amazing but the rooms opposite us had private convinient balcony to sit outside were a series of 6000. Overall a v good experience with good breakfast. The only issue we had was that most of the staff didn't know how to speak in English so was a bit difficult to explain certain things. Otherwise everything else was superb. The main plus point is the location and the views. Best in Bodrum

Facilities, location, food, comfortable beds, quiet at night were all great.

Management and some staff were not good at all some of them were not polite or helpful. And most staff did not speak a word of English. The girl who handed out tea for example was quite unfriendly. Generally the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Hotel view very nice and feel exclusive but need to improve from maintenance, in my room the sink was broken in the toilet and was quite smelly. The water heater was not working properly. A lot of the facilities were also not ready but that’s because we came in April and the weather was quite chilly. But because we were out most days in the city, we could live with it. We would especially mention that EZRA was super helpful and sweet for helping us out in trying to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and arranging for transport as and when needed - even during Bayram/Eid holiday. Oksana was also a good masseuse and gave a good deep tissue session to fix some muscle pains.

When I booked a hotel, the option said all unclud, but in fact it wasn't, only breakfast

So spacious, and behtiful view from my room. I was there last week of March, the pool is close and beach are quite cold at that time. The resort is far away from the city center so need a taxi every time and it cost you 200 lira one way. It is near the wind mill very beautiful during sunset. Breakfast are so good, staff are so nice, can’t complain.

Where do I even start, I enjoyed my stay a lot the staff were so nice all of them especially nursu from the reception she’s so nice and welcomes people with a big and warm smile , I really liked the staff that were helping for taxis especially the tall guy I don’t remember his name , the beach was good and clean , what I wanted to say is that all the staff at resort are so nice even some of them don’t speak English but at least they try to do their best to help you and it’s not that hard to make them understand

Unfortunately The cleaning staff don’t clean as it should I would’ve loved it if the cleaning was good, the food at the restaurant kinda of overpriced for the quality

Amazing place didn't expect it to be as good compared to the other prices in the market, the adminstration team are so good and professional. Everything was just great, ask for Mr. Yusuf if you need any help at the desk he did a great job with me. Overall it was amazing experience filled with beautiful views and good food.
