This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and once again all our expectations were met. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars, the cleanliness was up to standard, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was responsive - shortly after we checked in, an earthquake was felt about 150 km from Bursa, we were accommodated on the 9th floor (where the earthquake was felt quite strongly) and after a request from us, our rooms were changed to a lower floor so that possible future earthquakes would not be felt so noticeably.

I can't point out

Everything was perfect and the staff is so kind and helpful. SPA and hammam service is the best, we were so satisfied with this.

The room was super clean, sink and toilet was also super clean which I was really obsessed with cleaning services as an OCD patient, but the floor of shower (decorated with little stones) was old and it made me hesitate if it’s old or not clean enough. For a 5 star hotel, it can make a guest questioning cleanness of property, friendly reminder from me. Except that, everything was awesome. Balance of price and performance was optimal.

Excellent facilities, the on site massage place is absolutely a must. Great value and fantastic service. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and very helpful

It’s about 7km away from the actual city centre which is where it’s all happening. However, the positives overall far outweigh this one hinderance

The cupboard in the room made a very good impression - it's made comfortable and practical 🙂.

The staff should improve their knowledge of the English language. It's inappropriate to discuss anything by hand in a five star hotel. The bathroom walls were dirty, as well as the glass cup there.

Mr. Kubilay the receptionist the most friendly and helpful person in turkey 🇹🇷 and because of him I would rate this hotel 10/10 He helped me along with the car issue with car rental company Thanks Kubilay🙏

I like everything, the location, rooms, spa, swimming pool, the restaurant. Everything is wonderful. I appreciate the Hotel manager Mr. Ismail and his colleagues for taking care of the guests all the time.

There is nothing that I didn’t like.

-The rooms are very spacious. We had the best night sleep since we got to Turkey. Good AC. Their service and toiletries are amazing. -The hotel environment is very relaxing with grand entrance. -It’s right next to a shopping mall and Migros. and across the street there’s a patrol station with a grocery store and it’s open late at night if you need something. -They are very accommodating and brought an extra bed. No delay in the service.

one thing is that when we arrived there was a sock in the room corner, although the room itself was very clean

The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. location was in the middle of the locations we wanted to visit so it was easy for us to go and come back to the hotel. Room was very nice, clean and big!! 😍 Because I liked the hotel I booked for another night. I really recommend staying at this hotel 👌🏽😍.

Nothing really big, but the fact that you have to pay for water if you wanted more than what they’ve provided (two bottles).
