The pool was very cold 17°C. The breakfast is not for the hotel with five stars. Please note that at check-in you will be charged a deposit of 100 euro, which will be fully returned at check-out if no damage has been caused to the room.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The real surprise came when we were informed that we had been upgraded to an executive suite. What a wonderful gesture! The suite was stunning, spacious and had a terrace. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and we truly appreciated the upgrade, which took our trip to the next level. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfy bedding to the thoughtful touches in the room (complimentary fruits). The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do.

While my overall experience at the hotel was wonderful, I was disappointed to find that the hammam (turkish bath) was mixed-gender. It wasn’t something I was expecting or comfortable with. I had hoped for a more traditional, single-gender experience, especially for such a relaxing and personal space. That said, the rest of the facilities were fantastic, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. I would still recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and overall ambiance, but it’s worth noting for anyone who shares similar preferences about wellness spaces.

I first came to this hotel in 2017 and ever since i needed to stay at Istanbul, i come to this hotel. And this time, it exceeded my expectations specially after the renovation they have carried out. The services were immaculate and the staff was very friendly and very helpful (except the Vale which was not good). The meals provided were a bit expensive but were tasty and in good portions, i just wish for a bit more variety but other than that it was amazing as well. I truly recommend the hotel to first comers to Istanbul since it is near many touristic sites and landmarks. You’ll enjoy the stay and have a wonderful time, i guarantee this. 👍

The Vale was a bit not helpful despite giving them good tips, instead of bringing me the car in front of the hotel, they give me the keys and tell me: “there is your car over there, go get it..” i wish for the hotel management to take a closer look on this particular area and enhance it please, to match the spectacular level of the rest of the hotel.

Cleanliness. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

The breakfast should be improved in quality.

Good location - 100m from a metro stop, 50m from a stop with many bus lines, tram stop is about 650m from the hotel. There are many restaurants, shops and cafes around. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar are about 3 km away on foot or easily accessible by public transport. The room was spacious with a comfortable seating area by a large window overlooking the boulevard. The windows do not open, but there is air conditioning. The noise from the street is barely audible, but it is so weak that it does not interfere. The bathroom was also very spacious, we had a bathtub and a shower cabin, two sinks. Towels are changed every day. The hotel has a nice spa center, swimming pool, warm jacuzzi, gym. The breakfast is wonderful, varied, there is also hot food, fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is very polite and helpful.

We came with the car, and the valet service was excellent. We also liked the breakfast and the overall look of the hotel. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The rooms were a little bit dark even with all the lights switched on. The lights don't have a main switch next to the bed, so it makes turning the lights on and off very impractical. The beds were not very comfortable. The mattresses need changing. They seem to be uneven at some parts and make the hips fall inside. Also, the duvet covers don't have a closing, so the duvet keeps slipping out.

Breakfast was good with lots of options; highlight was the fresh honey straight from honeycombs. Modern rooms with big showers, great rooms which were clean, decent safe location located close to a university and only five minutes by taxi to main attractions. You could walk to attraction if willing. Staff was kind and helpful, assisting with taxi and tourist attractions.

Shower was large but also flat with no incline, tender to drain poorly and flood the room. Happened whenever you took a long shower or had strong water flow. Breakfast was large but always the same stuff.

It's in a nice, quiet spot, not in the old town but close to public transport (M1, T1, and tons of buses), so you can easily get around without your car. They had free valet parking, which was great because parking's a bit complicated in the area. The spa was a bonus – sauna, hammam, pool, jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a bit chilly though. We didn't use the gym, but it looked good. Breakfast had loads of choices, including fresh juice and made-to-order eggs. The room was spacious.

The bathroom could.have been bigger, the door was awkwardly placed – you had to squeeze past the sin and shower to close it! Even for us, and we're average size, it'd be a tight fit for anyone bigger or with mobility issues. Also, as mentioned before, the jacuzzi was lukewarm, around 34 degrees. And it felt a bit old, unlike the rest of the spa area

The staff were nice, the rooms were a good size. Location was close to metro and generally was a good place

Breakfast was a let down, (especially the eggs, which were never cooked long enough or the omelettes were burned…) every time I came back to my room it smelled like someone who smoked walked in it a few moments I went in. The spa supervisor is not a nice man, double booked our spot and then blamed us for the wrong time. We ordered a taxi and it took an hour and a half to have it come pick us up. Not pleased.

Nice location and the staff was really helpful and really kind. Always supportive and answering, and arranging everything I needed during the trip. The breakfast was with a good variety of fresh food. The rooms were comfortable and even choosing your pillow is a nice extra. Nice extra facilities, although I didn’t have so much time to use them or even try them.

For my needs on this moment, everything was met. A fresh orange juice or a fresh lemonade on breakfast won’t be a bad idea. Still it doesn’t downgrade the good experience and if the don’t have it. But could lift it more up 😉
