the staff were very nice specially the polite guy ( Ugur.e) He was smiling, helpful, and treated us with all kindness. And the employee glasses in general all of them were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy, even the house kepping lady was friendly . Food is good , location is great you can find everything you need even a shopping mall near to the hotel and easy to go to other places . I would stay in the hotel next time for sure but i wont choose room on the main street cos the cars are noisy.

Our room was last one in the corridor, the wifi internet connection was very poor , we use our mobile data all the time , i had to stand beside the door to connect my phone with WiFi. But in all hotel area thr connections is good .

Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Istanbul- Sisli is an excellent hotel. The rooms are modernly fashioned, the beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms are spraklingly clean, same can be said for the public wc's on the ground-floor. The breakfast and rest area on the ground-floor are very well appointed and the breakfast buffet was large and plentiful in every way. The staff do not all speak good english but they make every effort to be helpful and they are always available, clean and with a genuine smile for the guests. I would certainly stay again!

My outer room door did not close correctly, one had to really push it or pull it shut, respectively. I let the Reception staff know but the problem was not corrected during my 3-day stay. There were a lot of us staying in the same hotel (there was a medical conference in the Florence Nightingale Hospital, next door) and nobody else comlained for something similar so I believe mine was an isolated occurence. Not really important (as long as everyone remembers to shut it properly).

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel, Turkey. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Initially, I was concerned about not securing suite rooms with carpets, but Batuhan (the Manager in charge) kindly clarified the change from carpets to floorboards in all rooms and offered even better accommodations. He was also instrumental in arranging our cab at check-out and recommended excellent places to visit in Istanbul. Taha provided exceptional support with our luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring every small concern was promptly addressed. Berat, who managed the night shift, was incredible as well. He not only ensured our comfort but also assisted in arranging dinner when our mobile apps weren’t working. Akin’s help with car parking and valet services was highly appreciated. The breakfast served every morning was delightful, and special thanks to Banu and Ebru for their warm hospitality, even with our toddler creating a bit of a mess. Their patience and care were remarkable. The chef’s hands-on approach and dedication to guest satisfaction added to the experience.

Your kind and friendly staffs including receptionist including Mis. Hilal Mr Batuhan , Mr Dogukan .Mr Berat, Mr Sinan . Mr Deniz. Also your food service staff including Mis Rojin and Mrs . Banu. Who excellent food service to us. Also great crew of cleaning crew by Mrs. Tina who did excellent job to clean our room. They all did awesome and excellent job.

Your room did not has no microwave , no ice machine and no iron to iron our clothes. But when i ask your staff they brought me all these. And I appreciate if your friendly staff.

I would like to say that the hotel exudes a warm and inviting ambiance that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, especially the front desk Ms Deniz was very helpful and want to thank her ,also ms Lilal Moreover the room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay , including slippers! The hotel overall was good!

Perfect location , just 250 m . to metro , restorant , supermarket and Farmacy next to the hotel door . I staid in big size deluxe room with balcony . Room Interior the same as in the Webside., huge bed with comfort mattress. Hotel staff very helpful , Front desk representative Mr Can give us full support during the Check In / Out .

Deluxe room located in the side of front hotel, where heavy traffic rood . Traffic sound disturbing , even our room was in hight floor .

I often stay at this hotel, I know almost all the rooms. This time I took this room with a terrace, and we really liked it. It is on the courtyard side, and it is quiet. We rented a room for two days, and we liked it so much that we decided to extend it for two more days. The breakfast was the best on this visit. The room was cleaned every day, and the reception staff was also very attentive. The hotel is in a good location, the metro is close

The location of this hotel was very accessible. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and polite. Especially we would like to thank Merve Yasemin, Batuhan, Can, Batu. Also, big thanks houskeeper lady (Russian spoken). It was a wonderful vacation for us. We liked your hospitality and we definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much once again!

We really didn’t notice anything wrong

Everything was very good, location breakfast, and staff were very friendly especially Osman, Didem and Furkan. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is really excellent in cleanness of the blankets, bed sheets that made my stay comfort

The only thing I did not like there were no cups for the mini bar, when I wanted to have coffee or tea there were no cup to use inside the minibar.
