Dec 2024, room is newly renovated and is clean and warm. Provides shampoo and soap. Bed is comfortable. Kind staff showed us the pantry and allowed us to wait for our room. Check in time is 12:00 which is early. Staff allowed us to park in front of hotel which saved us some parking fee.

No lifts, have to climb stairs (but this is common in Turkey); the room is very small but it’s common here. No space to walk once we open our luggage. Limited toilet rolls provided. I scare the toilet will clog so I throw used toilet paper into the bin provided. There is a blinking light for the fire alarm which is annoying when in dark room. Kind of noisy when the mosque calls for prayers. Only provide one access card for three persons. Means we cannot go out separately as the card is needed to provide electricity for the room

We had a great time at Sehzade hotel. Very nice hosts, they helped us with everything and were really kind. The room was big (enough space for family of five) and clean, the beds were very comfortable. I was expecting some noise (as I was reading the reviews) but it was quiet and nothing bothered us. A very big advantage for Istanbul is the private and free parking, in front of the hotel, on the street which is closed. And the location is absolutely perfect - you can walk or use the public transport. Thank you very much, you were very nice and you are great hosts. Definitely will visit again :)

During our recent trip to Istanbul, we had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional hotel. This was our first time visiting the city, and our experience was made all the more memorable thanks to the outstanding service we received. The hotel manager stood out as the highlight of our stay. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her genuine warmth and attentiveness set the tone for our entire visit. What truly impressed us was her willingness to assist with everything we needed. As first-time visitors, we had plenty of questions about the city, and she patiently answered all of them, offering invaluable advice on local attractions, transportation, and dining options. She even helped us plan our itinerary, ensuring we made the most of our time in Istanbul. The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff as a whole were equally professional and friendly, contributing to the overall positive experience. In summary, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent amenities and unparalleled hospitality, especially from the manager, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would happily stay there again!

The host responded very quickly to any questions I had and even went out of his way by allowing us to check in early and also leave late, which was really appreciated and generous of him. The lady at the reception was very nice and polite and always on hand to offer help. The people outside were also very friendly. Room service was great with trustworthy staff and kept very clean whilst we were away. Everything remain untouched - nothing missing. I would say great value for money and would recommend to others. I'm already considering rebooking later in the year,. :-)

It is only 10 minutes walk to public transport. It is basic and the price is good. It is hygienic, we got new towels every 2 days. The AC worked well. The street is quiet, and restaurants are just 2 minutes away. The shower was nice.

It is pretty basic, nothing special. There is no elevator. I would have liked a bit more storage space.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days, the place is really nice and clean and quiet, has everything needed. In our room thare was a balcony with a great view of the city. The staff is super helpful, nice and welcoming, offering any help you might require. The location is good, close to the main attractions, the area is quite. I'm staying here every time I come to Istanbul.

Rooms was well Furnished and Clean and very good for Family and location is near to Tourist places, Mr Abdullah is very corporate guy

Great location, aircon and wifi worked well, decent private bathrooms.

After weeks of travelling we Booked specifically because it lists “laundry” as an available amenity when we didn’t have the option at our last couple locations. When asked at the front desk they denied and claimed no idea and acted surprised when I showed it on the listing. Had to walk 25mins to the nearest laundromat and pay £35 out of pocket.

Comfortable room at an affordable price.

The bed had springs so it was not very comfortable. The host was kind but she required us to pay in cash instead of by card, so we had to spend more to get the money from an ATM machine.

Pretty good location. You're close to the major tourist attractions in the city and you can go pretty much anywhere on foot. The host was exceptional and very helpful with tips for what to visit and what to look out for and avoid in the city. His local knowledge helped us make our stay more pleasant. The room was clean, which to me is the most important thing. We also had a reserved free parking spot right in front of the entrance to the building.

The room was a bit on the small side, but since we spent most of our time walking around the city and only came back to the room to sleep over it wasn't really that big of an issue for us as we valued cleanliness and a good location above all else and in those areas this accommodation delivered.
