Loved the location. Vefa neighborhood is far enough away from the crowds but within walking distance of everything. You are 2 blocks away from sehzade mosque complex which is stunning as well as short walk to suleymaniye mosque which is considered one of the best and it is. Vefa Bozacisi is half a block away and apparently the best place to try this drink. Best Turkish coffee just a couple doors down. Very good ice cream just next door and connected to hotel. The walk to Hagia Sophia and area is an excellent opportunity to see the neighborhoods and truly explore. The value for money is outstanding. I will say there are a few things listed that they don't have. I'm guessing that they used to have them and haven't updated. They do not have 3 restaurants and no terrace restaurant or bar. That was disappointing. No convenience store but there is one across the street. And no laundry service but there is one down the block and around the corner. Breakfast is not a buffet and served next door in the coffee shop. I've been here 3 times because the service is wonderful, the location for me is ideal. You really feel like you've traveled to istanbul.

That there were facilities listed that they didn't have.

•On the first day when we arrived it was very hot so they welcomed us with Ice-cream. •The staff were very friendly and polite with us (Habiba,Nejat,Sabir,Aicha,Burak and Abla Maya)they provided us with everything that we needed. •I had some pain in my knees so they gave us an iced gel pack to use it and some medicine. •Our room was clean, the fridge was working nicely they told us if we want the room to be cleaned we needed to ask beforehand and that's what we did they cleaned it and changed the towels, bed sheets, slippers. •They surprised us with a cake because it was the birthday of one of us and they brought us tea. •We had a little inconvenience with the flash water in the WC but Sabir and Mr Günduz the hotel owner came and fixed it. •The location of the hotel is very good it's surrounded with good cafe and local restaurant. •The bus station is 5 min walking and Fatih Bazaar is like 15 min by feet. •You can go to sultan ahmed, grand bazaar, Egyptian market by feet it will takes 25min walking. •For the money we paid it was a very good deal and we will certainly come back and book there another time.

My review for this hotel is a bit long... based on other reviews that I read here, when I booked this hotel I thought, is it possible that it has bad ratings, but when I came to the hotel from the first to the last day, I saw that these reviews, which were written in a negative sense, are incorrect. The hotel is clean, my room was very comfortable, clean... I had everything I needed for my comfortable stay... the hotel is in an ideal location, close to the port, tram... quiet place... my first time I enjoyed in Turkey, the breakfast was very nice and tasty, plentiful... the hotel staff, the reception, the women who clean the rooms, the hotel bos, in any case, they were available and whatever I needed, they tried to go out of their way to meeting, during the six days of my stay in the hotel, I felt as if I was at home, as if I were part of a family... wonderful guys and girls... the hotel contains part of a confectionery, ice cream that is delicious... if you come to Istanbul be sure to go and try the ice cream... all in all, it's the first time I'm coming home from Istanbul full of beautiful moments provided by the staff of this hotel, all my recommendations for this hotel and these good people... everything was ideal.. thank you guys for making this vacation better for me....😊

Easy check in, very kind staff. The rooms were fine, huge beds, working tv. Breakfast was good. Cleaning lady cleaned every day. Wifi worked perfectly. Metro and bus are walkable distance, like 8 min walk. Grand bazar is maximum 10 min walk. Dosens of shops nearly. Recommend this accomodation it was really clean too :) We really like cats, so Istambul is a heaven for cat people. Even in the hotel was a really nice cat.

Breakfast provided from 8 which is quite late, but this is common I guess and it's okay. Our only problem was that the breakfast was not ready till 8:30. Only jam and bread was at 8. You have to wait for the other options. Still 10 points.

The room was a good size, and the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Overall, cleanliness was rated at 7 out of 10. However, the floor was a bit dirty, although the hotel did provide slippers. We stayed for 2 nights and found a very good family-owned restaurant across the street. The reception staff were amazing and even helped us arrange a transfer to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, which cost 35 euros. The cost to get to Istanbul Airport was 30 euros. You have to pay at the counter but please ask for a receipt in case of any issues with the taxi driver. Taxis in Istanbul, like in many other countries, are big scammers. For instance, our taxi driver tried to charge us extra for the toll road. One more recommendation: If you're planning to party, it's better to rent a place in the Taksim area. There're no bars near the hotel due to restrictions on alcohol sales near mosques.

Comfortable clean room with en-suite and fridge in room very handy. Good complementary self service Turkish breakfast with tea and coffee available all day. The staff at hotel all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in perfect location to walk to all the sites. Very good transport system to get around close by. Would stay again.

We liked everything about this hotel. Najat and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the area is very lively and good for tourists. There's a cafe opposite the hotel and the hotel has its own ice cream shop. Thanks for the ice creams😊

It is a hotel that I can really recommend. It is located in the center and is close to everywhere, especially the Suleymaniye Mosque, Eminönü, Karaköy and the metro. The rooms are nice and spacious because they are newly built.

Eren was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Also the 2 women who provided room service and made up my room daily did an excellent job. Very happy with the service.

The 2 hour window for breakfast between 8 till 10 - I never made it for breakfast!
