The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The room is in fact a small appartment with an own kitchen. Here you have everything you need. The location is very good as you are on a very central place but not in the middle of everything. I slept very well as there was no noice from the street. The reception is open 24 hours. This a place where I would love to stay again once I am visiting Istanbul.

I liked quiet beautiful neighbourhood. It is not far from Taksim square. There were plenty of places to eat and buy groceries. The hotel room was clean and everything looked like new. The bed was comfortable and in general everything was comfortable.

It could be a challenge to get to the hotel, because it’s located downhill on a steep road. That wasn’t a problem for me, I enjoyed walking in this neighbourhood. Just be prepared.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent and complete in every way. The facilities were outstanding and the staff was exceptional. The location is very close to the city center and extremely safe, even when we returned late at night, we never encountered any problems. Special thanks to the manager Çekdar for his dedication and care, and to the girl on the morning shift for her wonderful service and constant smile.

However, it's worth noting that the hotel is located in a hilly area, which might not be ideal for everyone. Despite this, we loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind the hilly terrain.

The location, not everybody appreciates the location, it’s a modest, humble working class of taksim close to everything, shuttle buses from both airports are walking distance, super convenient, taksim square is 3 mins away, I recommend it, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful

We stayed at the hotel for a few days for the New Year. The location of the hotel is excellent, a few minutes walk to Taksim Square. There are small shops in the area, so you can buy what you need. The hotel is new and clean. You have everything you need for a short stay. If you come by car, you can leave your car in the surrounding streets. For New Year's Eve, we received a plate of fruit and traditional snacks from the hotel along with a nice message. Such a nice gesture. The guys at the reception are very pleasant and hospitable, they will help you with everything they can and they will welcome you with a smile every time. Very nice stay, we will come again.

Fantastic location just 5 minutes from great restaurants and shops. The metro takes you to the main tourist areas and the funicular gets you to the ferry. All the staff were welcoming and kept the property very clean. Air conditioning is excellent and will be needed. I recommend filling the fridge with drinks on the first day of your stay and maybe a dessert or two from Hafiz mustafa.

Approach the hotel via Turan Cd, which is the road parallel. This is a nicer route to take and also has plenty of shops to get bottled water and snacks. Be prepared to walk up a hill, but nothing too taxing. Call to prayer can be loud, but the best locations will be near mosques, and it creates a good sense of place.

The hotel has a convenient location - very close to the city center. Taxim metro station is near, which is very comfortable to get around. However the hotel is located near the center, it is quiet and there is no noise from the road. The room was very clean and comfortable, with kettle, appliances, tea, and coffee. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! I recommend Taksim Story Residence. Thank you a lot!

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. This is a very convenient place to spend the night or for those who want to spend a couple of days in Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located. Close to Havabus station and metro. And another huge advantage is the 24-hour reception desk. If your flight is delayed, you will check into the hotel without any problems, even at night! The hotel has about 10-12 rooms, very quiet, clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, which is also important

The owner put effort on renovating the building, the elevators, plumbing room is good. The staff is polite and helpful. Don’t reserve the cheapest 39 euros room, it doesn’t have the view and a bit darker if even it was clean. I switched that to 44 euros excellent room on the third floor. I am a bargain hunter, for that price range it was safe and good. You will need a taxi to go from that hotel to havaist bus stop (for getting to the airport), walking with a suitcases many hills and stairs on the old narrow streets can be difficult.

Lovely room, helpful and hospitable staff and great service. Greeted with Turkish Coffee on many different occasions, roomed serviced at anytime upon request, Touria, the receptionist was very kind and helpful and all other staff always asking if we needed anything. Central to all the tourist attractions. 10/10 recommend!
