I loved everything about The White Swan. Not only it’s charm and comfort, but the proximity to all the great sites. Incredible location. In just two blocks in any direction and you are quickly part of the city, while you are tucked away safely away from the bustle and traffic when it’s time to rest. I had a great experience and stay and Sultan is amazing! She showed me a side of Istanbul I would not have seen otherwise! From the street foods, Hammam, tourist attractions/areas, to the local spots off of the beaten path. Though I am a solo traveler the facilities are beautiful for a couple or family, and again, a wonderful guide and resource for all things Istanbul. The hop on hop off bus is also a few short minute walk so you can easily start to learn the area from the start.

I loved everything about the property.

Everything was perfect. First of all, Sultana it's a great host. She becomes quickly your friend. She it's very helpful and acomodated us in a very nice way. The propriety it's located just a few steps away from the Modern city center of Istanbul, calles Taksim, it's a quartier full of life with nice shops and a very beautiful mosquee. The rooms are very but very clean and cozy. We had a sunny balcony where we could enjoy the morning coffee. Also we had a parking that it's a big plus because our car it's oversized. Nothing to tell

Sultana is such an amazing host. She is sweet, helpful and kind. I had the bottom room and the bed was comfortable and the accommodation is cozy. I loved everything about my stay. There is great access to transportation and night life. Thank you Sultana. I hope to meet you again.

Excellent room decor and value for money. The host was super helpful. The property is in close proximity to Taksim square with heaps of restaurants and shops about 15 minutes walk away.

The street is an uphill walk to get to Taksim square so people with mobility issues may find it a bit inconvenient. Also, the street leading to the hotel is in pretty bad shape with rubbish all around it. But I suppose there is nothing the hotel can do about it.

My mom and I had booked for 3 weeks. It was the most amazing time we had there, because of the lovely and amazing host Sultana. She was so helpful, thoughtful and caring with everything, told os wich places to go to, and we even went together with her once to eat lovely breakfast. She really made us feel like we were home. We had many cozy times with her together ☺️ She also took me on her Atv so i could buy breakfast, very funny😃 Room were all beautilful, clean and very personal, and had the most beautiful design. We could get breakfast like 5 min walk from the hotel, very close, good and cheap, so it wasnt even a problem that the hotel was without breakfast. We are definetly going to miss Sultana, and definetly coming back again.

You had had to go up a little hill from the hotel to go to Taksim Square or Istiklal, it was a little tiresom for my mom, because she is an older woman, but it was only 8 min walk to reach Istiklal if you dont walk quickly. But for me it was no problem. Taksim square was only 10-15 min walk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Swan hotel, and I must say that my overall experience was quite positive. The rooms were impressively spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The terrace was a highlight, offering a great place to relax and take in the surroundings. The bathrooms were not only clean but also surprisingly comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the standout feature for me was the bed – the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I can't forget to mention the wonderful host, Sultana. She was incredibly hospitable and kind, going the extra mile to provide us with valuable tips on where to dine and find reasonably priced Turkish hamams in the area. Her guidance was invaluable in making our stay memorable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future. Thank you to Sultana and the hotel staff for their warm hospitality.

The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which could use some improvement. Although it's worth noting that it might not be unique to the hotel, as I experienced similar issues with my roaming mobile internet in the area.

First of all Sultana -the owner- was very friendly, pleasant, kind and serviceable. She was there for us to answer all of our questions. Also the room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. Everyday it was being cleaned and they changed our sheets, plus they added more coffee (they offer coffee and tea in room). The location is perfect, 4-5 minutes walking to Istiklal street and Taksim square and 3-4 minutes fto public transportation.

The owner is just fantastic. She is extremely clean and helpful. She is always there if you need and you will have this feeling like "to have a mum" who is taking care of everything. She is very approachable and her energy is very good, we really felt like at home, and you can see she really care about the guests. The zone is really convenient to go to everywhere walking or by metro, when we will be back in Istanbul we will go back for sure!! 10/10

Our week-long stay at the residency in Turky was truly delightful. The peaceful nights provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic escape. Manager Sultana's kindness and assistance added a special touch to our experience. The rooms were incredibly cozy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The daily room service maintained impeccable cleanliness, making our stay even more enjoyable. What stood out was Sultana's excellent taste in design, with each of the two rooms we tried having its own unique and special design. The residency's location added to its appeal, situated just 50 meters away from a van station and 100 meters away from Istiklal Avenue. Additionally, Taksim Square was within a 5-minute walk, providing us with easy access to various attractions. In summary, our time at this residency was fantastic. Quiet nights, attentive service from Manager Sultana, cozy rooms with tasteful designs, convenient location, and the convenience of extending our stay with no extra charge made our trip truly memorable. We highly recommend this place for those seeking a welcoming and hospitable stay in Turky.

Really pretty room with a great little balcony. Location was perfect for us and was a fab jumping off point for exploring Istanbul. Being close to the metro was really handy and being near to Istikal Street was great. Our host was really friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly clean. For the price this was an excellent option for touring Istanbul 😊
