- located right at the airport, easy to find, saves a lot of time in case you have a long connection - very polite and helpful staff - the hotel is rather new, so the rooms (and sanitary equipment) are super clean - all the necessary items like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel are available

when i booked YOTEL, i did not expect that the check in starts only at 6 pm, and the check out hour is 9 am. this hotel is not cheap at all, it is more expensive than SOFITEL at the Taksim square (which is a rather good and central location), so adding extra 20 euros for each extra hour of stay seems to be unfair. i would also note that this policy did not affect me in any way (i only needed to stay from 6 pm to 12 am), but i think it is upsetting for other travelers. this is the only thing i disliked.

The accommodation was very comfortable, cosy, and exceptionally clean, making it a pleasant place to rest after a long journey. The room provided a great environment for relaxation, and its location on the departure floor was incredibly convenient for catching the next flight without any hassle. I also appreciated that you could request assistance with heavy luggage for a small additional fee, which was very useful when travelling with bulky bags.

There were a few areas that could be improved. There was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which would have been a nice touch, especially for travellers arriving late or leaving early. Additionally, there were no porters available to assist with carrying suitcases within the hotel, which made moving luggage around a bit more challenging.

The room was nice. The staff was a little confused because I booked the wrong Yotel stay and the lady at the counter didn't know to change my reservation to the appropriate Yotel. I had to make phone calls to figure it out. She was not informed of the process to accommodate the customer. Outside of that the stay met my expectation considering the price. When your traveling long and tired your time and efforts become valuable.

- no need to go anywhere, very convenient with kids, there are 2 inner playgrounds nearby - restaurant right next to the hotel - great for dinner (bad for breakfast) - quite - personnel is great, we left some staff over, the hotel team kept it for 3 weeks until we collected it

- breakfast is scarce, almost nothing to eat especially for small kids (everything is with sugar), not tasty

We had a very late arrival into Istanbul and a very early departure with 1 full day in between. The Yotel is an ideal solution in this scenario. Simply roll your luggage across the hall and you're set to sleep and/or to head to check-in. The on-site restaurant is good and provides a varied menu. There's also a good gym for moving before a long flight. Rooms are fairly ample, Amenities in the bathroom are nice.

The sofa bed/cot isn't the most comfy in the world but will do for a short stay. Depending on the time of arrival check-in may be a bit long.

There are two Yotels in the airport. One airside and one on the outside. Both are extremely convenient and depending on your needs you choose which one. I stayed in both at different times. Airside when I got in late and wanted to check my bags at the 24 the counter and just walk to the gate in the morning when I woke up early, and city side when I got in early and wanted to take an uber to the city and do some sightseeing. The rooms are extremely basic but comfortable. It’s basically a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay that’s super convenient. Don’t expect luxury. But convenience is obviously what you pay for.

Stark white decor. Minimalist interiors. Check in time is really late and they ask you to pay per hour before 6 PM.

Room was compact, with everything that could possibly be needed, including shower, toiletries, multiple different plug points, including usb chargers, so if you forgot an adaptor it was not a problem. Bed was really comfortable, clean. hotel staff lovely, and restaurant onsite, expensive but adequate

The communication from the hotel after I placed a booking.com reservation. I received multiple messages asking me to book direct with the hotel, implying i should cancel the booking.com reservation. It was double the price to book with them direct and also their reservations team would not answer a direct question regarding pricing despite asking 3 times. This led to confusion at the hotel.

It was quite with very comfortable bed ,and the gentleman in reception desk was super nice and helpful, he really helped me my special thanks to him ,unfortunately I don't remember his name.

There are not enough signs guide you to the direction of hotel ,they told me go out of terminal ,and did not find the hotel no body knew where is the hotel.finelly I find out I should go inside of terminal again with hevey luggage and alone again I went trough bag scribing again ,asked many staff either they did know the location of hotel or couldn't speak English.eventuly.when I was crying find the hotel and gentlemen in reception helped me and took me to my room

the location is excellent, on the Departure level, in few staps from check-in desks. Easy to find. I travelled via Istanbul airport to next destination and the Yotel is ideal optiion to stay in between flights. It is great help to safe time, efforts, money. This is not the first time I stayed in Yotel and will do it next times. Highly recommed it for all the transit travellers.
