Too long check-in. Prepaid booking customers should not wait in line together with people asking to get a room. Install check-in terminals!

Overall, we really liked the hotel. The location is excellent, the staff is helpful. We were provided with an extra bed for our older child at no additional cost, for which we are especially grateful. The beds were very comfortable. There were water coolers in the corridor, and our room had two bottles of water. The breakfast is not very varied, but it's great for a quick bite before a morning flight. We were allowed to extend our stay by 2 hours for an extra fee, which worked well for us.

Negatives: - The price )) - Check-out is very early at 9:00 AM. - In our room, the bathroom door was stuck and difficult to open. We couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning, and there were only two towels, even though there were four of us—these issues probably could have been resolved by contacting the staff, but we were too tired to deal with it. - The biggest downside was the very slow check-in process; there were long queues at the reception.

Stuck in an unscheduled overnight layover, the international transit location was ideal. It allowed us to avoid going through customs twice and taxis to/from the airport. The room itself was spotless, well equipped, and comfortable.

A bit dystopian. It really is a windowless warehouse without warmth or visible staff (the check-in is actually the airport "mall area"). The halls feel like service corridors and the hotel overall devoid of life. For $600 a night, just a little bit more of a hotel experience would be welcomed.

I really liked the convenience of the location. I didn't have to go through security or leave the airport at all. I had a 7 hour layover in the middle of the night so it was so much better than staying up all night. The room was super clean and I liked that you could select different types of lighting. The room was tiny, but adequate.

It was kind of odd not having even a tiny window or any natural light. It made it hard to wake up.

Is so convenient to have this option when you travel via Istanbul and you have a long lay over. Is a nice clean and even futuristic feeling in the rooms but there are some details that can make it better. Staff is very kind and they are fast answering questions before travelling

The price turns very expensive in total if you want/ need to check in before the formal 8:00 pm check in. In our case we came exhausted after a 13 hour flight so the early check in was very needed. Still I found it over priced and the food in the Lounge you can request to access is quite basic which also doesn't reflect on the price you have to pay.

Location, cleanliness and quietness

I was told on arrival at 5.00pm that my checkin time was 8.00pm; check out at 9.00am the following day. That was ridiculous. I have never experienced that kind inhumane treatment to a guest who is traveling on transit. I had to pay extra 45 Euros for the additional 3 hours 10-am to 12 noon.

All is good and most importantly very convenient but the price was outrageously HIGH!

JUST BE MORE REASONABLE WITH THE PRICE. I know, you can put. any price that you want BECAUSE YOU CAN! YOU HAVE NO COMPETITION! WE ARE NIT CUSTOMERS BUT YOUR “HOSTAGES” we have no other joice! Either sleep on the bench in the middle of the shopping mall you call istanbul airport or pay anything you want us to pay!

Convenient hotel, good rooms and clean. I like the room style and lighting

Certainly overpriced and the checkout 9am in the morning is not convenient at all, especially for the price paid Check in time and line up was radicicolous The reception staff are very dry and not quite pleasant.

For clarification we actually stayed in the Yotel and not YotelAir - booking mistake on my part that Yotel handled perfectly for us! Location can't be beat and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Our room was clean, the bathroom was well stocked - no complaints there!

The beds are dreadful. SO hard. Only one pillow per bed and for old folks like us with knee and back issues, extra pillows are always appreciated. We probably could have called and asked for more but were just too tired and only had about 7 hours to stay there so we didn't bother. The carpeting in the hallways is definitely long overdue for a good cleaning; better yet, it's probably due to be replaced.

I was surprised to find out about this huge hotel inside the Istanbul airport. We had an 11 hours wait and this was so much better than waiting in a lounge - I got a 6 hours sleep and I slept like a baby. The rooms are very nice and very modern - plenty of USB outlets, color LED ambient lighting, and quite spacious.

1. Very expensive 2. The washing area is not walled. Instead, it has a screen that looks like it's taken from a hospital room 3. Check in and check out hours with a booking.com reservation are very limited. Consider an hourly room for 30 EUR / hour.
