The location is good, close to the airport and across from the broad walk on the Black sea. There's a nice coffee shop on the boardwalk. Staff is friendly. Booked transfer through them, instructions and communication are good which is important as IST is big and confusing

The property is dated. The blinds are broken in our room with bright lights from the sun and neon lights from the next building. There is not much around town, no ATM nor bank, definitely no last minute shopping.

I booked the hotel for my mother. She was very pleased with the location and the sea view. She says the staff were very polite, they carried the luggage to the room and offered tea. The place was calm, too. Tea and coffee were available in the room. I must add that the transfer service offered by the hotel helped avoid the typical Istanbul Airport confusion when you need to get a taxi. The driver Farhad was very kind and texted me when my mother got into the car, as she didn't have internet at the arrival.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were helped and treated as a part of family or beloved guests. It was a windy day and it made such a contrast with the atmosphere inside. The area was beautifully decorated with attention to detail and the music was so relaxing there, it made us feel at home. All windows overlooked the sea. We were seated at the fireplace and enjoyed the delicious complimentary treats. The Junior Suite room was cozy, spacious, clean, and beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the sea and fireplace sounds were a perfect addition to our experience. Shower, bed, hammock, sofa were great. The dinner at the restaurant, as well as the breakfast, were delicious. There were some big dogs in the neighborhood, but we didn't mind it due to their cuteness and kindness, they were even peaking in through the windows during mealtimes :) Panshev, who helped us on the departure day, was always available when needed and beyond, he was friendly and kind. It was a pleasure to deal with all the people who work there. It was the best experience of the overnight layover so far. No doubt we will stay here again. By the way, we used a pre-booked taxi service but the hotel has a transfer too. Thank you, hotel Team, you are terrific!

I booked this hotel for my mum because she had a transition of 24 h for the next flight. The position is perfect close to the airport and sea. The staff is so friendly and polite, especially a staff named Panshev, he helped a lot, he spoke Russian which was a big benefit for us because my mum does not speak English. We booked also a transfer to get to the hotel and to the airport and Panshev accompanied my mum and he found her at airport which wasn't easy because she didn't have an Internet. The breakfast was included and separately she took a dinner which was very delicious. The room is clean, quite small but have everything needed even a kettle. We wiil keep in mind this hotel when we have a transition, it was perfect stay which let her to be relaxed after a long travel.

We stayed here during our overnight layover in Istanbul. The small village is located about 25 minutes from the airport and we were amazed how peaceful this seaside village was compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown Istanbul. It was also much closer to the airport than if we would have stayed downtown. The staff were extremely friendly and after carrying our bags to our room they provided us with free tea and Turkish delight. There was a problem with our booking (which was entirely our fault), but the manager did everything he could to ensure we still had a place to stay and even upgraded our room. The room was clean, modern and spacious. It included a minibar, modern bathroom, large and comfortable bed, small balcony and floor heating (which was much appreciated in January). We had a direct view of the Black Sea and I couldn't image a more peaceful way to end our vacation. There is a large room downstairs which functions as the lobby and restaurant. We ate there in the evening and found the food was of good quality and well priced. There was also a fireplace and the atmosphere was very cozy. The next morning we received a traditional Turkish breakfast (also included) and booked the hotel's airport shuttle which drove us directly to the airport at our desired time (27€).If you would like a peaceful place to relax right on the Black Sea and close to Istanbul International Airport, then this is the hotel for you! 10/10

The only negatives I can mention are the fact that our room (and it appears the other rooms as well) were up a flight of stairs and I didn't see a lift. This might be problematic for someone with mobility issues. The other negative was the amount of street dogs outside the hotel and in the surrounding area. However, this is not something the hotel can control and the dogs were actual quite friendly after my initial apprehension.

We arrived later in the evening than expected and were concerned that there may not be someone there to check-in. We were very happy to see someone there and ready to welcome us. The check-in process was smooth and once we were escorted to the room we were very happy with how nice it was. It smelled great, not just clean, and had a nice shower. TV offered Netflix, thus anyone who did not know Turkish could enjoy entertainment on top of the fast Wi-Fi. Nice balcony looking at the Black Sea.

This is not something the hotel can necessarily control but there were many dogs in the area. They were friendly enough, unless you wanted to sleep in. They definitely were active earlier in the morning. Also was not a problem for us, but wanted to let others know the breakfast is more "traditional" not necessarily Western. We had eggs, along with bread, cheeses, olives. It was plentiful and must say it was tasty with the bread being freshly delivered and the cheese being more "premium" but if you are expecting something more than hopefully this sets your expectation.

The car service to and from the airport costs more than the room. Would be nice to be upfront about the cost.

This is a thank you note, not only a review. We needed a hotel to spend the night after all or flight was going to be on the next day. We found Villa Siesta and decided to spend the night there. When we woke up after an amazing night in a SUPER comfortable bed, breakfast was served and we got to enjoy it while looking at the ocean… and they also served hot tea and sweets when we arrived. The staff was amazing not only for arranging everything to make our stay the best possible but especially for what they did after we left. When I arrived at the airport, I found out I had forgotten a purse in my room. They sent me a message and they did everything they could to deliver the purse to me. Unfortunately, I had already passed immigration and was not able to leave the airport to pick up my purse. They were incredibly helpful. They went out looking for a cargo company to send out my purse to Brazil. Mind you it is very far from Turkey. Since it was a brand new purse (used but well conserved), they were even cautious telling me about the possible taxes. I would have to pay to have my bag delivered to me. Well, today, my purse arrived, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all the effort the staff has put into this. Thank you so much Villa Siesta for the great reception, the comfortable bed, the delicious breakfast, but above all for the helpful staff. Thank you so much for everything.

I love everything

The place is very quiet, you can excercise or relax in the beach just in front of the hotel. The breakfast is a fixed menu heavy on cheese, so if you are lactose intolerant it might affect you. It also includes eggs, ham, bread and vegetables. Overall good food. The room was great.

I schedule transportation offered by them and it was great for pick up, but the drop off made me miss my flight. I think the personal didn't understood my flight departure. It was weird because I sent all details previous to my arrival (including departure times with flight codes and schedule) and then there was no notes for my departure. I told them again my departure time and we headed to airport with little room for check in and migration + gate, as Istanbul airport is quite big.

The service staff was really exceptional. Proactively checking on our travel.from.airport, being constantly in touch. And receiving us well even at 1030 am. Seems to be a tight friendly group running the hotel and it's really nice to see. The room was clean and they looked after us well. Breakfast was presented nicely as well and they were attentive to all.requests It's cheaper to get their pick up and drop from.airport at 55 euros return. Also they don't have a lift but they carry the stuff for you up.. Great view of the black sea to wake up to. Lovely sunrise etc

The street outside is just filled with street dogs who belong to the various houses of the area. They are constantly barking at strangers and cars and generally being a menace. They never attacked anyone I saw, but they move in Packs so was unnerving.to go to the pier for a walk and wonder if you'll get attacked. They were nosiy as well The beds were super soft and we had a very tough night. It's not super close to the airport. So if it's just one night, you might be better off at the airport hotel. But if you wanna do.something on the seaside might be worth it. They try very hard so it's tough giving such a blunt review but some of these things really need to be improved.
