Good location, good design

Not really a place to stay and cook, we couldn't find enough equipment, just one big cooking pot. We managed to buy everything including cleaning products for washing the dishes, but we were surprised not to find it in the room which has kitchenette and supposed to be equiped with minimal stuff like this. Also internet had very bad connection, so needed to use our international roaming to be able to load even our mail, which in our exact case ment 100$ bill for the phone services

It is a very nice aparthotel with lots of things to do at the place, pool, restaurant, cafe, gym, games, shop, and the staff is very kind, especially Osman, who helped me add my wife in the single room for 2 days, in exchange for a smaller fee. The AC is working very well and that is important during summer. It was not far from metro. The rooms are furnished well and it is relaxing. I think I had a good price because of last minute booking, because I had to move from another apartment.

- bed sheets and pillows should be mase of cotton 100% and feathers for comfort - the cleaning of the room (room service) was done while I was there, at 17:30.. even if I requested in the morning at 8:00 - it would be nice to add to the cafe a place with shisha:) - there isn’t to much to do around the hotel.. - the breakfast it has a lot of options but they are more for lunch or dinner; for example omelette is not usually made with french fries.. coffee is horrible; processed meat..

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was lucky and got upgraded to a bigger room. They also have a money exchange service, if you have an emergency like me. Super close to the metro station, but far from the city itself. The restaurant and the supermarket in the facilities are ideal!

The Internet was not stable enough, and if you don't ask there are no instructions on how to connect. There was just a light blanket for sleeping (if you get cold easily or like to sleep with something "heavier" despite the weather, this is not good), and it was also not big enough for two people. TV did not work.

Nice pool, big family room, and close to the metro station which made it easy to get in and out of town. The staff really good, friendly and helpful with info on metro, etc. Also the shop on site is really convenient and not over priced. You can also buy cards for the metro from the shop. Overall really good base to see Izmir and good, helpful staff...

Breakfast was OK, and plenty of it but no coffee or juice included. You had a pay extra for this. But no big deal...

Spacious apartment, good gym, nice pool. Shop and restaurant on site. 3 cute kittens. :) Good connection to city by metro.

Some of the entertainment advertised wasn't working and our child was quite disappointed. Neighbourhood isn't the best. (Though the metro to the city is a short walk away.) Cleaning wasn't too well done. When opening the curtain, we found an underwear of a previous guest (or the cleaning lady's, who knows 😆).

I stayed in one bed single room, it was decorated neatly like a dorm room which was nice enough with a little kitchenette etc. Everything was clean and tidy. In the complex there is a supermarket (as far as I remember open 24/7) which you can buy your needs. Location was ok for me but if you are travelling without a car and you want to spend the nights at downtown it may be problematic.

The breakfast was excellent. The accommodation capacity is also excellent. There is nothing interesting around the hotel, in order to see something you have to go by car or taxi. The ambiance around the hotel is excellent.

Staff spoke enough English to get by, the breakfast was decent enough, the rooms were clean. Laundry service was fast, although not free.

Parking in their underground lot is crowded and a giant mess. Some of the staff are rude or grumpy. Price was too high for the quality of rooms and service. Restaurant was staffed by a friendly older blonde woman and a very unfriendly angry younger brunette woman. Some of the restaurant items were also poorly cooked or just a waste of money and complete trash. Our room cost 82-85 euros a night, 90 euros in total, stayed two different times for 2 days. Should've cost maybe 50-60 euros a night, if not less...Balcony view showed us ugly construction yards...

Very nice place to spend some free days. This was my third visit here and I wish to come back. Pool, shop, restaurants etc. on site. Good breakfast also. Metro station is also very close so coming and going to the city is easy.

AC didn't work so well, or I didn't know how to use it..:)

The location is right next to the metro station, hardly a 4 minute walk. You can commute to wherever you deem fit in the city

The floor of the living space of the apartment could have been cleaner, specifically the kitchen area floor. The rest was good.
