So nice and clean, the staff is really kind and helpful. They try their best to provide our requests. Hotel food is also nice and tasty. You can it in the restaurant and also you can order to your room. Air conditioning is working so well. Our room had a balcony. I didn't know why in the booking they wrote everywhere they don't have it. I think they need to update this mistake. Because they have nice and big balcony. You can find iron and safe boxes, desks, and chairs, some small refrigerator, kettle, The shower was also so nice and clean inside that you have shampoo, condition, and bodywash. They gave you towels and soup and a toothbrush and toothpaste and many more. Close to Hotel you can find some cafe and restaurants and also pharmacy and also market in 4 min walking. And the pump is so close to the hotel. The small shopping center is close to the hotel. We asked for crib for our son, and they prepared it before we arrived, that one so good. Check-in and check-out were really so fast. Totally hotel so nice and clean. Really 4 start hotell. Our room had see views and so fantastic view we had. If I go for a holiday to Izmir in the future, I will visit them again.

It's just a little hard to find Park palce for a car during working time in a weekday. They don't have private parking, but near there was the parking. If they had free space, you could park and give the ticket to the hotel for stamps, and you park there for free.

This is the good hotel close to my company's office. Overall, decent hotel - clean room, good breakfast (more Turkish style than European, but that's Turkiye). Big balcony, fi someone wants to go outside :) Restaurants around to stop by.

Air conditioning did not work, and ventilation was not very good - so, balcony helped to ventilate the room. When I booked the room, there was a question, am I interested in free airport shuttle - i responded yes, but this was ignored. I don't know is it Booking.com problem, or hotel problem, but from the Booking site I could not send a message to the property - and my complain about this to Booking.com service remained ignored.

The breakfast could be better. It was not comfortable to open window/use balcony because of noisy street and smog.

Hotel is nice, tidy and clean. rooms are big with lovely balcony. staff is very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend the place. Stayed there for two nights and were very pleased.

place is bit far from center and boulevard within next to new construction going on.

I like the location of the hotel, as it is close to the business center I needed. If I had a request, I had immediate help from the staff. The breakfast was delisious: a lot of vegetables.
