Kind and friendly staff. good location. plenty restaurants around. near to Metro. Clean and comfortable

We were very happy staying there. There is nothing I can mention that we did not like during our stay. As we were leaving there was some improvements going on which I can only see as signs of making the place more comfortable for the guests. One thing that would help the visitors would be tourists information maps.

The property is clean the rooms are big in size The staff are very quiet help full and they really respect the guests Above all yildis manager is very excellent I had a little issue she did everything to help resolve my issue . Beyond my acceptation She really run up and down I ‘m very grateful to her. I’ll recommend marlen hotel and say this any problems arise speak to manager Yildis She will make sure her guests are happy till the last day

The restaurant is nice and clean but the breakfast is not very excellent

Husband & I Normally stay with family when in Izmir however had my nephew with us so was more practical to book into a hotel. All Staff extremely friendly and helpful and rooms/suites where comfortable and clean and biggest tv in hotel room weve had! Breakfast selection was great.

Some things need a little attention (some peeling wallpaper in room and new skirtings) Toilet was clean however hard water stains need dealt with

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size and comfortable. They have started a taxi service, which worked well for airport drop offs. If you wanted food in your room, they'd order anything you wanted, and you pay the delivery man. Breakfast was different for someone from the UK, but it was actually very nice.

Wasn't sure of the purpose of the kitchenette as it had no plates, pans or cutlery. Apart from that, I don't think I disliked anything else!

A Modern Hotel very clean with friendly, helpful staff that always had a smile. My Fiancée and I had a great time staying there, and it’s very close to restaurants and coffee shops and a short taxi ride to city.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the blinds served well for a sleep in. Consumables were replaced daily.

An electric point near the table to plug in my computer would have been helpful but we purchased an extension lead to accommodate this. A bit of minor maintenance checks would bring up the standard as well.

This is a no-smoking hotel located in an area full of various bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly. We requested a room on a higher floor, and the receptionist, Mr. Ali, provided us with an upgraded room and ensured we had everything we needed.

We liked everything' about the hotel in fact we loved it . Special mention and thank you for Seyman who works on reception who accommodated our special request We will definitely be booking a stay here again

Room was large and clean. Location is very good with many restaurants around and close to center. Vale Sergen was friendly and helpful.

No closed garage. Breakfast could be fresher.
