Location was perfect for us with a hire car. Only 5 Min drive into Kaş town centre. There was parking available on site, a pool, and magnificent views. The host was helpful and lovely, and on our arrival he said there was a problem with the shower in the room we booked, so he upgraded us to another room. Which we appreciated. Everything in our room was great, and the bed was super comfy.

The only thing I'd say is that the kitchen is minimal - there's a gas stove but no microwave or oven - just keep it in mind when you're figuring out what to cook!

Very nice spacious room, pretty good furniture arrangement – comfortable, cozy and not cluttered. Beautiful view to the sea and, what i especially like, terrace :) Very useful kitchen zone, it has all the basic things you might need. Exceptional w-fi: strong signal and very good coverage (reaches for bus stop in front of the hotel). Very friendly and helpful guy at reception. And one of the best beaches in this region – Akcagerme beach – right at the foot of the mountain on which the hotel stands (20 minutes by foot or 2-3 minutes on a bus). Frequent bus to the center of Kas (check the schedule), it takes just 12 minutes to the center.

Some amenities in the room begs for maintenance. Shower, toilet lid are not in very good condition. At all. There is no soundproofing. And, in combination with jamming locks on doors (both ours and our neibourghs) it results with very loud slam, when someone comes home, and it knocks you out of sleep every time. Anyway, even leaving aside slamming doors, all the sounds from the corridor seem to be heard right next to you. You should have either deep sleep or earplugs ))

- Outstanding view, both at day and at night. Bed in the living room has two-sides view. - For 4 person, flat was huge and all of us had enough space. - There was an adorable black cat which spent whole evening with us :) (It was ours decision, we could left him outside). - Friendly host who solved all our requests.

- Bedrooms door didn't close properly. - Сeiling is sloping (may cause minor injuries of careless guests). - We arrived lately so watering devices already worked, so we got a little wet.

The room is more than spacious for two. You may find everything needed in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable, stable wifi and free parking also appreciated. Staff is nice and polite. View is stunning.

Apartment feels a bit old. Hairdryer is scary to use, its wire is torn and fixed with duct tape. Lights were flashing. In early spring season, the area does not look tidy but no doubt it'll be great soon.

The views from this property are amazing. Gorgeous grape vines with fruit on it, we were able to pick some to eat everyday. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! There is a bus pick up just outside the property to take you into town and drop you back home (runs every 30mins). Amazing beach just down the road.

Some utensils not in the kitchen and there was an issue with the bed but the host was very helpful and it was fixed readily.

Swimming pool was great, apartment has everything what is needed incl. washing machine and washing powder, nice thing when you come for one week and you find out you need to wash some of your clothes. There is a barbecue in the garden area which is for use for everyone (quite old though). Check in anytime until midnight!

Spacious and light room without neighbours with small kitchen and all amenities. We spent a great week and had a good rest with no problems. Thank you 3 House Apart for your hospitality and comfort!

Town centre is a bit far from hotel, but we wanted quiet place without tourists and attractions, so we had a perfect match!

Beautiful villa, quite place, stunning view, clean, kitchen have all the equipment for cooking. We was having a car, so for us there is no problem of distance, but for those who are planning to go to the beach or shop, will take sometime and need to go up in the mountain. Center of city far for walk. The staff is super nice, thanks for hosting us.

Best value for money we could find in Kas booking 2 month in advance

A bit dirty, extremely basic kitchen (forget about eating there for more than a night) and on a steep climb up the stairs, definitely not up to any customer

The room was very spacious, well equipped, comfortable, everything was fine, we were satisfied with everything. So beautiful view of the sea from the terrace! And so peaceful too! We had breakfast every morning on there. Distances are easily accessible by car (we rented a car)
