Lovely view, pool is larger than it looks (4-5m), staff deal with any issues straight away. Lots of sunbeds (with umbrellas) to choose from and not many adult guests, even at the beginning of August.

Sometimes things got lost in translation. Not all staff speak good English, better to use a translation app. Dinner by the pool is nice but overpriced when compared to the excellent Oberus Momus (turn right at reception and you’ll see it within a minute on foot). Rooms (1)14 and 1(16) can be noisy at night when guests come back from Kas and people chat near the reception (hotel entry) area. Better to have a room lower down or in the second building with uninterrupted sea views. Like other hotels in the vicinity, around 60 steps down from reception to pool and another 50 from there to the sea.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel was something special. The setting is breathtaking—unobstructed views of a sparkling sea and majestic mountains that soothe the soul, and a peaceful ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. The rooms have a timeless elegance: graceful with a simplicity that feels intentional and quietly luxurious. Nothing flashy, just beautifully thought-out details and a tranquil, sophisticated charm. They were impeccably clean, with a light, fresh scent reminiscent of the sea—crisp and  airy like a gentle coastal breeze drifting throughout. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people. The staff and management went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and wellbeing throughout our stay. A special thanks to Makbal at the front desk, whose efficiency, empathy, and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Her thoughtful support and generous gestures after a challenging first night truly elevated our experience. And Gökhan—what an asset to the team! Always smiling, incredibly kind, and earnest in every interaction. He brought a sense of joy and sincerity that we won’t soon forget. The cleaning staff also deserve heartfelt praise—not only for maintaining such pristine, fresh-feeling spaces, but for doing so with warmth and friendliness that brightened each day. All in all, an unforgettable stay in a stunning location, made all the more meaningful by the extraordinary team who clearly care deeply about their guests. This stay will take a special place in our shiny, happy gallery of reminiscences.

Alley prime was an absolute dream. The room was extremely spacious with a nice interior, large shower and comfortable bed. I loved the multiple balconies all with a sea view so you can relax and enjoy the sunset. The private beach is also so gorgeous with crystal clear waters and plenty of sun beds to spend the day, the atmosphere here was really calming and staff made it extra special. The food was another highlight and it is also a minute from the most beautiful restaurant and bar on the peninsula.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect.

The location was magnificent and the views were extraordinary. The staff especially the management and the reception were very helpful and going above and beyond to make our stay a great stay. The sea was amazing and the pool had a beautiful layout. It was also close to Kas downtown yet away from the busy areas. We didn’t have to worry about parking our car. The burgers were very tasteful.

There are a lot of stairs and you need to be aware of that. We had a small issue at breakfast but the team went above and beyond to solve it.

We came to this wonderful hotel for our honeymoon, and did not regret. Hotel gave us a bottle of wine as a honeymoon present which was very lovely, thank you very much! Restaurant is great, food is amazing! Location is great, beach facilities are fantastic! No need to go to crowded and extremely expensive beach clubs. Sea is very clean. Breakfast was wonderful, everyday the same, but wonderful. Close to the hotel there is a free Kaş minibus (dolmuş). Perfect location for your honeymoon or if you want to chill with no crowd/kids.

Staff forgets stuff sometimes. For example we had to ask for towels and shower amenities several times. Guys at the bar/restaurant forgot orders and told incorrect information.

Everything is beyond expectation. The staffs are extremely friendly and the restaurant does fresh and tasty food. We dined once in town and decided to have all our dinners at the hotel for the rest of the days.

Amazing view with the best sunsets, nice and peaceful pool area, access to the sea, clean and spacious room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. We were also offered a better room for free, which was very nice. Hope to come back here again ❤️

This place is a masterpiece

Breakfast was good with enough choices for picky eaters. Location was hard to reach, with road being one side and congested by traffic. The room was very good with many useful amenities. The concierge was awesome. He provided great recommendations and took care of out town reservations.

Probably location and tiered hotel architecture. To reach the sea side from the 3rd floor hotel room, one had to take 4-5 staircases. Some of them without railings, making it very easy to fall or trip.
