Nice location, beautiful architecture, friendly and helpful staff. I have noted several comments highlighting that the room would not be clean. This is something I can not confirm at all. Our two rooms (stay in June 2025) were totally in order. Especially the linen and bed sheets were spotless. Of course, the aged wooden furniture does have small spots and stains here and there, but I do not believe equating this to a lack of cleanliness is fair. The old wooden furniture seems to be a design choice here, and besides, for the price charged, this the furniture quality is perfectly fine.

We stayed in Club Capa in September for a week. The sea is incredible, it is like swimming in an aquarium, so beautiful. The deck area is very well organised, sunbeds are very comfortable, umbrellas well positioned. Has a very nice restaurant, our accommodation included breakfast. We loved the breakfast, there were different kinds of good quality cheese, pides were made by Idris Usta, who does very yummy pides for lunch as well. Breakfast is a classical Turkish breakfast with cheese, olives, pides, bread, simit, jams, eggs and fresh produce. Staff are all great very friendly . We stayed in a bungalow room which was very nice. Also thanks to receptionist Ms. Ruken, who helped us with our every request and to Mr. Mehmet for welcoming us warmly to his hotel.

So we decided to stay here and ignore the negative reviews and so glad we did. The location and setting to this hotel is stunning, with decking overlooking the sea, plenty of sunbeds and clean beach towels everyday. Sandi (think this is how it's spelt) makes amazing cocktails,  the best mojito I had all trip. Staff don't speak English however are very helpful and polite, you can always use Google translate to talk. Rooms are small but clean with gorgeous balcony views. The hotel is rustic and some areas of the hotel are a bit tired but this is reflected in the price, and in my option the location trumps everything. Food is not outstanding but the pizzas , burgers and omelettes were all lovely. Served again on a balcony over looking the sea . We came as a family if 4 and we all had an amazing trip, the bus to Kas is just at the top of the road so easy to go out for evenings and day trips.

Just a bit tired in some areas

The was such a fantastic experience. I'm so glad we came. The owner is absolutely wonderful and lives on the property. We were greeted at the reception by two wonderful women. Ruken and beril. They were extremely helpful and whatever we needed, they were accessible by whatssap. The location/views/water and the food was amazing. Turquoise blue sea water. The kids and us had a wonderful time swimming. The beds were super comfortable and the infinity pool had the most amazing views My mum left her wallet in the bathroom near the breakfast area, and they found it and returned it ASAP with everything in it intact I would 100 percent recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone 😊

The housekeeping can be a bit better

The location of the property is one of the most beautiful in the area. Since it’s sheltered from the open sea winds on the southern side of the peninsula, the sea is as calm as a sheet — so clear you can see the bottom like an aquarium. And all of this is just one ladder step away from the hotel’s private pier.

This time, there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like overall.

A lot of mosquitoes in the room when we just entered especially in the bathroom, room requires deep cleaning and some paint work, and maintenance of showers

The pool area and restaurant are gorgeous. You can spend all day floating in some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in Kaş. The staff are so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay memorable.

I would say for the price the rooms are in the smaller side but they are still lovely and have great views from the balcony.

This place is amazing! We booked it for 1 night in between accomodation and we would have loved to stay there longer. Reasonable price for the incredible views we got, we have never stayed in a cooler spot! The receptionist lady and other staff were all so helpful ☺️

Nothing to fault!

This is probably one of the best locations in Kas. Great views, fabulous pools and beachfront. Plenty of sun beds at the beach front and we also had the pool to ourselves. A great spot of relaxing and swimming. Kas town is lovely with lots of great bars, restaurants and shopping is 15 minutes away by dolmus which goes every 30 minutes. Great food available. We were happy with our rooms. Our family of 3 teenage boys loved our stay at Club Capa.

Nothing but some may not like the rustic charm of this hotel. Juice at breakfast would be a lovely addition.
