The room was large with a small private pool. The views were truly magnificent — looking out over the Mediterranean and rocky islands and mountains. We stayed by the Infinity pool an entire afternoon because the scene was amazing. A 3 mile drive into Kas where we had two good meals and a lot of shops to browse. The scenery is better than the beaches — relatively small parcels of land off the road from what we could tell. But the stay at the hotel was a highlight of the trip. Breakfast was plentiful and good. And tea and coffee with cake served around 5.

Not really anything. Could have emptied our small trash can but a pretty minor issue.

The hotel has a astonishing view towards sea, has a great infinity pool with 2m depth, has a stairway to sea which is good for snorkeling or swimming(look out two lion-fish stayed in shadow area though), staff were all friendly and willing to help(they helped us to order delivery from a decent local restaurant) , breakfast is great as they would prepare several different dishes everyday, the owner family also share chicken wings with us while we are having delivery dinner. Kas is a very crowded place during peak season, I highly recommend people who are looking for quite vacation at Kas to choose this property

The hotel is located at hillside, driving to the hotel is a little challenging as the slope is quite steep

The pool is absolutely stunning! That my son just doesn’t want to waste time on driving to the town but being inside the pool every time possible. The room is so well decorated and this place is nothing but quiet, superb choice for family with kids. Moreover the young staffs here is extremely nice and helpful, to help with basically everything including moving the car.

WiFi in the room is slow, and the AC is not so quiet, but these two didn’t bring any negative feeling when you have a stunning pool, view, and a group of nice staffs!

Marsala is beautiful and fair price compared to other accommodations in the area - it is roomy and clean with a gorgeous infinity pool. It is on the peninsula, not center of Kas, so just know you will be remote (about a 15 min drive to downtown Kas). If you stay here we recommend eating at Oburus Momurus, a nearby restaurant - even if you aren’t vegetarian go here! The food is sooo good, amazing sunset views, we went two days in a row:) Staff at the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious each day.

They were not ready for us to check in at 12:00 even though booking says check in is 12:00. No problem, we swam in the pool until the room was ready, but you should just know. Communication leading up to the stay was not the best but it was fine overall. Wifi is not very good

Place is gorgeous but there are some minor things that should be corrected to become a 10. They do provided a nice place to dive into the ocean, but they clearly could be a little extra careful with the place making it more confortable an inviting like other hotels next to it.

Sometimes there was no staff who could speak english. This could be an issue. Also, some staff would constantly speak on the phone clearly related to personal matters. This does not bond well with the type of place where you are looking for relaxation. Also, be aware that there's no alcohol to sell (you have to bring your own).

We like everything about this beautiful place. Very quiet and peaceful,lovely view from our huge and comfortable bedroom. We had our own terrace and plunge pool that added to the ambience. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent all round.

Perfect location with an unobstructed view of the calm Mediterranean waters! Beautiful infinity pool to relax. Excellent breakfast with a wide spread of homemade food. There is also an afternoon tea service with cakes was a very nice bonus. Very polite and professional staff made the stay memorable.

I liked everything!

The pool was gorgeous and the private sea terrace was very charming. The breakfast was the best meal in our 10 day trip, make sure you ask for their omelette! The owner family was very friendly although they didn’t speak much English.

There were mosquitos and the water was not hot.

This hotel was the best romantic honeymoon hotel stay we had in 20 days in Turkey. The breakfast was outstanding, the family running the hotel were all so kind and generous with us. The view is unbeatable, the price was perfect and the sea access at the base of the hill was one of the best we had. Thank you for everything!

Nothing at all.

This is an outstanding family-run hotel. The breakfast is made with care and love, and the menu changes pretty much every day. The hotel is stunning, with an amazing view of the coastline and the nearby island of Kastelorizo. The room is big, spacious and clean. The entire hotel has an extreme attention to detail. The service is welcoming and helpful, with a keen eye to customer statisfaction. They have their own private access to the sea - a wooden pier perched on the cliffs, which you can reach in a couple of minutes. Every day, they serve afternoon tea with homemade cakes and Turkish pies, which you can have while looking at the gorgeous sunset. Truly an unforgettable experience, which we will repeat as soon as possible.

The parking is a bit cumbersome since the hotel is built on the hillside. Also, the private beach needs some new sun beds and parasols, and some tidying up on the stairway leading to it.
