Staying at this place was a truly special experience. The location is absolutely extraordinary — peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated for exploring the area. What really makes it stand out, though, is the warmth and familiarity of the atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a conventional hotel at all, but rather like being a guest in the home of dear friends. A special mention must go to Alper, the manager, whose kindness, attention and personal touch made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The breakfasts were another highlight: homemade, generous, and delicious — a real taste of local hospitality. If you're looking for luxury and standard hotel services, this may not be your place. But if you value genuine human connection, comfort, and authenticity, you’ll find it hard to leave.

If I had to mention one thing, I’d say the bathrooms could use a bit of renovation — just to make everything feel truly perfect. But that didn’t take away from the charm of the experience.

We thought this hotel on the peninsula was the best choice for a holiday in Kas. Away from the traffic an crowds in Kas and with direct access onto the sea from the sunbathing platforms, you really had the best swimming pool with beautiful clear water. The local shuttle bus into 30TL each was excellent running every 1/2 hr until late. The buffet breakfast was extensive and very good quality and we enjoyed being able to eat outside looking out to sea. The bar by the bathing platforms was also very good with tasty snacks/meals. All the staff were friendly and hard working. We had a more modern room in an annex at the top of the hill with a lovely sea view. It was clean, light, airy and the bed was comfortable.

So....you have to be very careful going up and down the hillside and down into the sea using all the steps. Just don't rush as it is all steep and a bit old. They also could do with a maintenance man to remove old broken equipment and to to fix all the bits that have fallen off or broken in the room. The rooms are not soundproof. All this said , if I was back in Kas I would stay here again.

The hotel has its own platform and access to the water which was a huge advantage, the platform was spacious and comfortable, the rooms were clean, the breakfast and the view from the breakfast area was amazing, there is a bus going to the center every 30-min and it took around 15-min to get there. Would definitely book again! And big thanks to the amazing team and staff!

The swimming area by the sea was exceptional and a very relaxing atmosphere.Decking and a food available, very, very good. The staff did everything to help, we're very good and friendly. The breakfast was exceptionally very good, with a good choice. sat eating, looking out to sea. Room was good for the time we stayed. Overall I enjoyed the hotel and location, and would stay again. For a relaxing time out of society it's very, very good.

A lot of stairs(80+) to get to the sea area where we spent most of our time. Was worth the effort, though. No shops, market near by, it's very isolated and needs a taxi. This is the same fir any hotel on the peninsula. Not good wifi, again same fir any hotel on the peninsula. In short, there are very few shops, cafe bars, or restaurants, and the wifi is not good on the peninsula.

The hotel is amazing. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews claiming it was outdated, but it didn't feel that way at all. My room was fabulous, with amazing ocean views and a balcony, and it was spotless with air conditioning. The beach was great and private. The hotel also provided pool noodles for guests to use. The staff was kind and always willing to help. The breakfast was an amazing Turkish breakfast with a beautiful view. There are some good restaurants within walking distance for dinner.

Very sweet place with access to a beautiful private swimming bay with the most amazing turqoise water! Breakfast was fresh and abundant with a selection of meze and small changes to the menu every day. We also really enjoyed the outdoor tables with views over the water. The room was super clean and house keeping came daily with fresh towels. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Elper who welcomed us warmly at 3am and was kind and attentive throughout.! We stayed in a deluxe sea view room and although it was a bit smaller than conveyed in the photos, we were happy with it. The restaurant doesn't serve food in the evening but that wasn't an issue for us as we had a car and enjoyed going into town in the evenings. Recommend!

The mosquitos nets probably need replacing as they still seemed to be able to get through! After a few nights we slept with the doors and windows closed and the aircon on low instead which was much better. Although the breakfast was delicious and abundant, we would have loved more variety of eggs. Bare in mind that during high season everything (in the whole of Kas) is doubled in price so it's hard to say it's 10/10 in terms of value, but I still recommend the hotel as overall we loved staying here and had an amazing time.

The breakfast is good, a lot of options of Turkish food, vegetables, fruits. You can buy meal in hotel for lunch, but for dinner you can order or travel to Kas Old Town (10 mins by bus) and have a meal there. The hotel is in Greek style with nice staff and accomodation!

There are a lot of stairs in the hotel, so it is not very comfortable to travel with children or elder relatives.

The Hotel is at the peninsula in kaş, Very romantic "Mamma Mia" styled hotel & location the views are incredibly , the staff is suuuuper friendly & helpfull everyone of them it's like a big family but special thanks to Ecewit & the pool guy , Ecewit is incredibly he makes simple but delicious Fresh hamburgers and healthy salads while relaxing at the sea side , he's literally everywhere when you need him , Arper was also very amazing helping with everything you asked & entertaining, price quality it is definitely worh it and if you love the Mamma Mia vibe, you will have the greatest tome ,the only little thing is the matrasses, but lucky for us we had lots of Raki and enjoyed the comfy good loungers at the the terrace just next to our room , we simply loved their hospitality and the vibe ❤️, we will be back

The breakfast was really nice, the view is amazing and the room is confortable. There is a mini bus that takes you to Kas every half an hour, very easy. The staff was very nice.

No proprer reception when you arrive and no signs explaining where to go, so we ended up waiting for some time. The room was confortable but you can see it is made from cheap materials, and although it looks new, some things were already broken.

It is pretty far from the city center and any convenience/grocery store, so we had to buy groceries in the city center and then bring everything with a taxi. The buses don’t really run there (they said it does exist, but it’s very crowded and very hot, so they didn’t recommend waiting for it).
